This is my standard Home Depot that I go to at least once a week the employees are friendly and they usually have some good suggestions if they don’t have the products

Worst Home Depot. Do not go here for anything. Several employees couldn’t help us or walked right by. Clearly under staffed or not knowledgeable. Tried to get a new front door & their unhelpful staff didn’t know how to set up an install. When it came time for our appointment just to have the door measured, the guy never showed 2 times! We had to go BACK to the store just to set up yet another appointment. Worthless, incompetent staff. Now willing to help you do anything. No customer service. Go somewhere else.

How difficult is it to find an employee to help you at this store? Like trying to get my 3 year old to eat a vegetable. 5 employees walked past me, one of them twice, and nobody asked if I needed help, despite the puzzled look on my face and the fact that I was struggling with a baby and a preschooler. I spent 10 minutes hunting down someone, anyone who could help me find temporary blinds for my new home. After being pointed towards one of the employees who had previously walked past me, I gave up and headed to Lowes. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location from now on.

Every time I come here I am approached by worker after worker asking to help me find something. Last weekend it was 4 people in less than 5 minutes. For my own ongoing humor, I have noted it is always within 30 seconds of entering the store, and directed at women exclusively. Even when standing next to a frazzled male customer searching off a list, the «help» is directed solely to me. It might be worth something if the few times I had had enough and told the guy okay, that he knew what the part was, even if its right in front of us (yeah, already found it). Oh look, there it is, to his amazement. Either they really don’t know the inventory, or they just want the appearance of «helping» to waste company time. Depends on the guy, sometimes both apply.

I came to this store on ⁶⁄₁₇ and first dealt with Frank who was completely unprofessional and lazy and acted like a customer asking for assistance was a nuisance that he didn’t have time for. So I looked for another employee and came across Sean who was wonderful! He helped me and was very professional and because of him I will come back to this location. However, while he was trying to help me a manager kept calling him on his cell phone and telling him to do something else. He was helping me! Maybe Frank and that manager can get some training from Sean.

Good luck getting someone to assist and if they do, please be forewarned that they will be rude and make you want to leave the store immediately. This review is off several visits. I won’t go back. I will instead drive to the one on Crismon.

The service is very friendly at this location. It took a couple of employees to find what I needed but they found it, and he took several minutes to make sure we had what we needed. I noticed they don’t seem to have very many employees working here, which is why most of the time I prefer to go to Lowe’s. They usually have people falling all over you to help you.
The Christmas tree selection is nothing to sneeze at, I prefer to buy from a farm and support a local small business. However, we bought several Rosemary trees in the shape of a Christmas tree for $ 20 each. They smell amazing! As a bonus, you can snip off a twig and use it in your cooking.

I have shopped at this particular Home Depot for a few years and it has always had the same problem every time that I have come, no customer service. You can come on any given day and if you want to find someone helpful in the isles, it’s not going to happen. Yesterday I was walking around the store for literally 15 minutes trying to find someone to help me in the lumber department. I simply needed a piece of lumber cut and there was no one to be found or they were preoccupied. There was one associate that was walking around that I couldn’t seem to get close enough no matter what I tried because of obstacles. It was a short man with red hair, I felt as though I was trying to catch a leprechaun because I would try to catch him going down the main isle and I would turn the corner and he was gone! I tried calling out but he either ignored me or didn’t hear me. In the end I didn’t catch the leprechaun. Err. associate. I was finally able to find someone to cut the lumber after 15 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend going to this store because of the lack of customer service.

Worse Home Depot lazy waited 30 minutes to get help in electrical department. The CUSTOMER SERVICE person told me” I paged the person what else can he do! «

Well I was just given a good reminder of why I NEVER shop at Home Depot. Holy cow… stood looking at fans for a good 10 – 15 minutes before I had to ask for assistance though about 8 employees walked right by during that time. Once I did ask for help, the employee said, «I would but I have to track down another customer.» Rather than, «I’m busy, but let me get somebody to help you.» Another 4 employees walked by when I grabbed one and asked for help. Not sure if it was his first day or what, but I swear he knew NOTHING! He was trying to look things up online and I was having to do it for him. Besides, if I wanted info online I could have done that from home. I wanted a knowledgable sales person… guess I went to the wrong place. STICK TO LOWES! (Not to mention LOWES SUPPORTS VETERANS AND GIVES MILITARY DISCOUNTS).

My experience at Home Depot today was exceptional. I ordered a security door from Keith Mathes in Millwork. Keith not only helped me right away but answered others questions along the way. He knows how to multitask and take care of customers. He was very nice and talked to me about HGTV. Keith is the primary reason why I choose Home Depot over Lowes. When I walk into this Home Depot I feel like I am back in a small town being taken care of by friendly neighbors. I also stopped to have a key made by a 20 something gentleman. He was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making this beautiful day even better Home Depot!

Found what I was looking for. Good store & with all their locations it makes life convenient

Ah, yes, Home Depot, my friend. I actually don’t like them as a competitor to my husband’s business, but for every day items, plants, paint samples, screws and nuts and bolts, and all that other fun stuff, they are a necessary evil. The staff are super friendly & the store is organized. What else can a girl ask for? Except maybe a $ 5000 gift card to buy all my crafty stuff with?

No complaints. Staff is helpful.
