Specialties
The philosophy at T.C. Eggington’s is, «The customer is always number 1; create a lasting impression, a unique, satisfying experience of great food and an accommodating and friendly staff. We look at the restaurant as entertaining at home, wanting the customers to feel comfortable and as if each and everyone is a guest in our home.»
You’ll fall in love with our egg-straordinary omelettes (the O’Pear is a classic must-have), filling and flavorful pancakes (aka «Girdle Cakes»), perfectly prepared «Ben E. Dict’s», satisfying sandwiches, salads and much, much more!
Indulge in our famous «English Toast» of fresh-baked cinnamon bread dipped in our custard-rich batter or our Crab-Stuffed Pastries, Apple Streusel Walnut Muffins or Smoothie Shoogles.
Enjoy our garden-fresh salads including our Waldorf Chicken with homemade apple cider dressing, soup made-from-scratch every single day and satisfying sandwiches served with TC’s salad of the day.
Call ahead to make a reservation or to have your name cheerfully added to our seating list. Take-out orders available, too!

Meet the Business Owner
Thom and Kathy C.
Business Owner
Thom Coker and his wife Kathy are T.C. Eggington’s founders and owners. Together they have elevated their small breakfast country eatery into a legendary, award-winning and consistently top-rated Arizona dining institution.
The secret to their success? Thom likes to think it’s all due to the close, family personal touches he brings to the restaurant. «I have personally hired and trained everyone who has worked here,» says Thom. «It’s really the ultimate personal involvement we’ve committed to ourselves and T.C. Eggington’s.»
Thom and Kathy have enjoyed the hard work and success that T.C. Eggington’s has brought forth. Both Arizona natives, Thom and Kathy have been married for 39 years and have two grown daughters, Kyndal and Ashlee. They are all ASU graduates and big Sun Devils fans!
