Hands down Best Car buying experience I’ve Ever had! Ziggy my Salesman, was honest and up front with me from the get go, was straight forward and didn’t try to pull any kind of wheel and deal tricks. He was very swift with the handling of all the paper work and Anthony in the finance department was also very friendly and got his job done very fast as well. I was in and out the door in 2hrs on the dot from the time that I arrived to the time I pulled away in my Fantastic new truck. I will definitely Refer Ziggy and his team to all of my friends and Family.

I came in looking for a new car… I worked with Kenn for a day or so over the phone trying to get everything in place.
They were able to get me into a really nice car with reasonable terms…
Ultimately, I decided against the deal and brought the car back (they also refunded my down payment) but the process was easy and Kenn was really great.
There is a woman in the finance department who is a little rude but I think that is just her personality.
Overall, this was a nice experience even though I decided against getting a new car.

I stopped into Sullivan Motors at the beginning of my car search and was shocked over the huge selection of cars and trucks they had, that had not been advertised on line. You must stop in if you are serious about finding a great car.
I fell in love with a gorgeous Ford Edge that was a little more then the payment budget I had set for myself which was utterly ridiculous given my financial situation. Still I wasn’t ready to admit that and decided to check out a few other places. When returned, three weeks later, exhausted from the dealing with every used car dealership within a 20 mile radius, I had a clear understanding of what I would need to pay to get the car I wanted. Sullivan Motors went beyond my expectations to work with me and I am driving that Gorgeous Edge today!

I have bought two cars from there now. The first car was an escape that I traded in for my Tahoe. They really worked with me my credit was bad and a first time buyer so they worked with me to get into the escape at a reasonable price one can expect for a first time buyer, eight months later they worked with me to get the vehicle I truly wanted. Each time has been a pleasure working with Jason and they always helped with my service concerns and buying the warranty. They don’t give you the typical use car dealership feel where they pressure you into anything they can but truly listen to what you want.

Look no farther fellow Unilocalers if you are in the hunt for a quality used car this is the place. We have purchased 4 cars from them. From the time we stepped onto the lot we received top notch service. Jason Manning was professional, knowledgeable and experienced.
They took into consideration everything that we had discussed. The financing was a breeze. They made buying a car a pleasure.

I originally came for the 3 thousand dollar minium trade as advertised to apply towards a 8 thousand dollar Mazda 3 which they sold before I arrived ironically, so me and my wife began to look for a different fuel efficient vehicle. We weren’t pleased with what was being presented and then we stumbled upon a 2013 prius c which was 19k, we liked it and decided to see what the financial agreement would be, we couldn’t reach an agreement so we began looking again and found a 2010 Honda insight, it drove very well but the interior was very dirty so we asked them to clean before our purchase and they agreed. The vehicle was 14k and with our 1997 Chevrolet Astro van used as a trade in which they appeared to give me 3k for trade in was just to look good for the loan companies. We thought that with our 3k trade that would of brought the price down to 11k but that wasn’t the case, what they did is brought the price up 3k to then bring it down, sounds weird right? Apparently they do that for people with undesirable credit scores. To make a long story short we got approval with a payment note of $ 321 then the finance person talked us into a $ 17 gap coverage insurance which brought it to $ 338. We ended up with a 14.8% interest rate and we’ll end up paying about 21k after the interest charges. We’re happy with our Honda and it’s 44mpg average but not happy with the early decisions we made in life which caused us to accept such a undesirable deal. They did their job and got us approved and sold us a car that we liked and for that I’m grateful.

A good place to destroy your credit if your ex steals a car, because they will not help the person that was victimized in the divorce to make things right. Lesson learned, don’t cosign for your future ex husband. Tony Tyrrell is a dickhead. Sincerely, ex wife because I was victimized physically and financially. May he rot in hell.

This place is awesome! Didn’t think we could get a car but left with a beautiful car! Duane Giguere really worked it for us. if you need a new or used car this is definitely the place to go!
They have beautiful used cars that have low miles. Come here for a great deal!

I was all about to go in and buy here. Thankfully I had to call first and get directions because that prevented me from making a huge mistake. I called to get directions and the guy that answered the phone was rude and talked like a little thug. I was transferred to someone else (Mike I think, he was supposed to be a manager) and he was even more rude. He acted like I was wasting his time and he was doing me a favor having a dealership. He rushed me off the phone and then hung up saying i better get in fast before he sells the car I was calling about. I decided to read some online reviews on Unilocal etc… Then it all made sense why they act the way they do. I would go elseware. If they are this unprofessional before you get there, I can’t imagine how they are when you arrive. Auto Nation Chevy at Superstition Springs were polite and had some great deals

Wow… I have to admit that after reading the two earlier reviews from 2011, I was skeptical! My niece Wendi asked me to help her buy a used Jeep, and she had settled on a vehicle from Sullivan. I’m a very hardcore Unilocal fanatic, and reading these two reviews scared the heck out of me! I honestly tried to talk her out of this dealership!

I live in Atlanta, and was visiting over the holiday.
I started discussions on the vehicle with the internet manager, «Steve». Decent guy — low pressure and was accommodating with my numerous requests for information.
Within 2 hours, we had agreed on a fair price — based on KBB/​Edmunds. A few hoops, but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a car dealership.
Although my niece needed a co-​signer, she got a decent rate. This was a very early experience with credit, and I’m quite happy with her rate (prime pricing).
Pleasantly surprised with an «easy» experience on a young buyer. I would give them a thumbs up.
I may update this later as we deal with them in the future.

Never heard of a problem they had that they did not address.

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. This place needs to be shut down. Awful management, so rude, dirt hole place, and the vehicles aren’t anywhere to par as of what should be expected of a dealership.

My husband, myself, and our 2 kids went in & spent a couple of hours with one of their salesmen, Adrian. After telling me that they had a truck that they could give me a deal on, we test drove a truck with obvious transmission issues. My husband and I both work on cars, and know a lot more than your average car buyer. We came back & asked if there was anything else they could put us in. All of the sudden, our dream truck with everything we asked for previously, appeared ready for a test drive. We drive the truck, it runs great, looks great, so we come back ready to wheel & deal. The only thing I griped about was the tons & tons of dog hair all over the seats & the dust. The truck hadn’t even been detailed or cleaned. As soon as we get back, the salesman gives us some bs story about a guy that has been promising to come into the dealership with $ 25,000 cash for this truck, and he hopes we buy it so the guy will stop calling for this truck. We look up the truck on
while Adrian is working the numbers out. It’s going for $ 19,000 in excellent condition. We had previously told Adrian that we could do $ 3,000 cash down, and no more than $ 400/​month payment. He wouldn’t tell me what I was approved for, what my credit rating was, what interest rate I could get, nothing. Then he comes back and gives me the deal of a lifetime… drum roll… they would drop the truck down from &19,000 to $ 17,000, but I would have a $ 466/​month payment, I would have to give my car as a trade in for $ 1000 credit, plus $ 3500 down with $ 500 right then to hold it. I told him to stick it & we walked out. Then I went onto their website & saw the same truck for $ 16,9000, and pulled the carfax which they provided. This truck had been in 2 accidents!!! My husband called Adrian back and asked him what kind of scam they are trying to pull. He said they had just lowered the prices the day before, and told my husband he would call him back. We never heard back, which didn’t matter, because we would never buy from them, no matter what kind of deal they offered anyway. Stay away from this company!!!

This has gotten to the point of sheer stupidity… so much so that it’s tragically comic in seeing a group of adults behaving in such an infantile manner.

Now, help me see the logic in this:
You return my money, then you tell me that I failed to pay for an item.
…okay hold on. Let’s try this again.
You RETURN my money… then you tell me that I NEED TO PAY???
At least I got my money back. Now I need to deal with ebay and ebay can deal with Sullivan Moron Company.
