The first time I hired someone from this company to clean my home I found the outcome mediocre at best. I asked for a different person the next time and they sent two women. One was completely incompetent and the other was just okay. Lots of surfaces were left dusty and the house simply wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I thought about giving the company one more chance to supply me with someone who is really detail oriented. When I made this request and explained the type of person I seek the owner of the company became combative, nasty and volatile basically stating that my request was unreasonable and if I wanted someone to clean as thoroughly as I was requesting and used to that I would need to hire an «illegal». (It’s worth noting that I had the same amazing housekeeper in LA for 15 years! She was legal and awesome). Simply put, DO NOT hire this company.

Don’t waste your time or money! I asked for a deep clean on my vacant house that I just bought, they definitely didn’t do any deep cleaning or really any other cleaning for that matter. I think they just took my money and left.

Terrible. The two girls who showed up to clean my house stole money from a jar that was on my dresser as well as a small piggy bank that was in my sons room. They claimed to not know it was a money jar even though it says right on it «Girls night out fund». My husband had put money in the jar this morning so that I could pay our landscaper who was coming over later in the day so it was there before the girls showed up but gone after they left. When I confronted them about it they got very nervous and one girl followed me back to my front door where she offered to give me $ 60. She said it was her mom’s business and please just take the money. I asked several times if they took it and she just kept saying just take the money we’re sorry. It wasn’t until later that I realized there was also money missing out of my son’s piggy bank. The cleaning is also horrible. There are spots all over our floor still where they didn’t mop and nothing was dusted in the bedrooms. They broke a box in our master bedroom and knocked our drapes off the wall in the living room and didn’t say anything. After they left I noticed the drapes were sitting on the couch. When I texted the owner Christa about it she denied everything and blamed me for not having the drapes properly hung. She also asked why would her girls steal the $ 60 when I had all kinds of expensive watches laying around. So it felt to me like they took an inventory of my house. Thank God for alarms and surveillance cams in case we have any subsequent issues. We also filed a police report with Mesa PD.

Just wanted to update. I’ve had this business cleaning my home every 2 weeks for over a year now with no problems. They never missed an appointment, always text to confirm, and show up on time.
I have 200+ reviews and take Unilocal pretty seriously. Take that for what it’s worth.

Mediocre at best from the start (but cheap), combative and unprofessional in the end.
I was having my house cleaned and after few weeks I noticed the service was becoming worse and worse. My mother came by right after a cleaner had left and noticed puddles of water all over my floors which are solid wood and travertine. At this point, she was very professional and assured me that if I gave the company another chance the next cleaner would be better.
My husband got home after the house had been cleaned with the new cleaner and asked me if anyone had even come by because it still looked dirty. When I got home I was astounded at how poorly my house had been cleaned (she was there for 5 hours and seemingly just cleaned the bathroom and ignored everything else). My mother had come by while she was cleaning to let my dog out and found her sitting on my couch talking on the phone, which may have been the reason my house wasn’t cleaned properly. I contacted the owner that night and didn’t hear back from her. After waiting 24 hours, I contacted her again and she was defensive and rude. After sending her pictures of my son’s bedroom furniture covered in dust and debris on my floors, the owner actually blamed the environment for the reason why my home was dirty the same day it was ‘cleaned’. The owner stated my home was dirty because ‘we are in Arizona during dust storm season.’ She did nothing to fix the situation and was very unprofessional. The company declined to provide a refund for the final visit, so I am currently pursuing other options to receive a refund. I would not recommend them to anyone — pay a little more and go with someone else who will take responsibility and provide a quality service.

I had Starfire clean my home recently. Te setup was easy, reasonably priced, and can’t say enough good things about the woman who cleaned my home. VERY thorough. I will be inviting them back to my home again to clean. Thank you!!!

After searching for several weeks for a cleaning company, I decided to choose StarFire. I am crippling with rheumatoid arthritis and it’s becoming very, very hard for me to do the the every day scrubbing needed to keep my house is clean as I would like. This is why I decided to go with a cleaning company. I wanted them to come in and do a great job and then continue to use them biweekly. I was beyond excited to have them come! Even when she first arrived I was so excited. This was a huge mistake. She came out and she spent three hours in my home. It was one woman and when she left I was still left to scrub my walls to dust and my fans are still filthy. We did not do a walk-​through before she left, and I honestly did not notice because I did not go looking through my house until she left. Otherwise I assure you I would have said something to her prior to her leaving. I sent pictures to the owner right away. And she could only replied that she was shocked because this was one of her best. I did not argue that with her and I asked her if she could please come back out and just clean what was left. I got no response I sent several text over the next several days. Again I did not hear from her until I wrote a negative review on her Facebook page where she continued to lie and call me out and say things about me that were very untrue. Again, I offered her on Facebook to come back out and rectify the issues. She did not respond. Then I received a text message from her yesterday asking me «how we liked her service and if I would like to set up a week weekly or biweekly Service with their company». My reply was obviously «are you serious? I have been trying to get you to come out and finish what you started and you would not reply». Her response was «hostile much». I can assure you I am not a hostile person, but I do feel that I should get what I pay for. I did not get that, and at this point and I don’t foresee it happening because this company does not stand by their work. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. You will not be happy!!! They are rude they are spiteful and they do not stand by their work. All I asked was that they come back and finish what they started and they refused to do this. I can promise you if you pick this company you will not be satisfied. I am sure that now that I have posted a negative review, the owner will be replying negative lies but I had to get the word out so that others don’t pay out their hard earned money and not be satisfied with the work. They will only call you a liar and not come out to fix the job. I can assure you of this. Skip this company.

I usually don’t write reviews, but, I had noticed Starfire was mentioning a special that was available through Unilocal — so, I came to check it out. Then, I noticed the 3 bad reviews that happened between December and January. I don’t know if the people are telling the truth or not — but, their experiences are completely the opposite of mine. I have had Starfire come to our house 3 or 4 times. We have had absolutely no issues. The representative shows up — on the day and time agreed upon — and cleans the house very well. In fact, the last time she was here, she left a get well card for me because she knew I was actually in surgery the day she was there.

The Absolute worst of the worst!!! Instead of trying to improve the quality of service Christa sends rude insulting messages when you leave a comment on here that is not to her liking. And Rude comments and timeline stalks on Facebook, with the nerve to threaten me!!! So full of herself thinking I was another cleaning company… No I’m just an unsatisfied customer that will do my best to make sure that No one else gets taken advantage of by this company!!!
