Starbucks

3stars bc they usually get my order right. Sent in this morning and purchased a venti for the caffeine content. All I received was warm milk but I was already at work. What a long day at work.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I get coffee here almost every morning and at night. The baristas know exactly what I am drinking and for the most part already has the cups marked once they see me. I really like the new store manager Drew, it seems that the energy of the store has picked up a little bit when he became the store manager. Mario and Kenneth are always fun talk to at night on the evening shift. In the morning Katie is always bubbly and ready to have a conversation as she is making your drink or taking orders from other customers through the drive thru.
I have been going to this Starbucks for approximately 7 years and while some of the staff may change from time to time it seems that they have the right formula when it comes to hiring new staff. Everyone at this Starbucks deserves recognition for being outstanding employees.

Standard starbucks location. Extra plus that they have a drive through, but it is seldom less than 5 cars deep. And always slow! On a few occasions I have been late to work because of the drive thru line here — oops! I recommend to go inside if at all possible (much faster). And be sure to get the app — I can’t believe how many discounts they send me via email now that I’m signed up.

We just went through the drive thru with 5 people. We all ordered drinks and food. The employees were beyond friendly. So nice! The orders came out correct and quickly. What a lovely way to start the morning.

If you value your time and actually get your order, do not come here. They completely ignore your order and you actually have to inquire about it. Awesome.

I was having a good day and decided to pay it forward. I was giddy looking at my rear view mirror thinking «tee her, this girl has no idea that she’s getting her drink for free!» The car in front of me was taking awhile since they had a drink remade. I was ok because my daughter finally fell asleep. I go up to the window hand them my card and I was opening my mouth to pay for girl behind me the barista said no worries the car ahead paid for your order! I was so surprised! I paid for the girl behind me and the barista was amazed at the kindness of people today! Good karma at this drive thru

Starbucks is in a good location for us and they delivered with what we ordered in a timely manner. Not much more I could ask for in a Starbucks

Have been visiting this location for years the customer service is excellent and the employees are very friendly and personable. I have never used the drive thru but it sometimes is extremely busy in the morning, and could be quicker to park and go inside. This is the best Starbucks in the east Mesa area.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I go through the drive through once in a while to see if they improve but they never do. Weather you’re drive through or going inside. I noticed they so joke around a lot instead of making the drinks. Probably won’t be going here no more.

I’m a Sbux addict… Originally from San Diego, CA. I have to say I was utterly disappointed in the employees thru out the east valley. Rude, Unfriendly and inconsistent. How do you order the same thing daily and the total is always different ??? With that said and outta the way, this location actually has friendly staff and they never skimp on the extra carmel. They don’t make my drink quiet right but @least their not dicks. anyways, Sbux coffee is the one and only in my book. I love the brand and what they stand for. just wish their employees would take some pride in customer service and craftsmanship.

The service here is soooooo slow!!! You shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes in the drive through when there’s only two cars ahead of you! This happens more often than not! They need to hire more baristas during peak times!

Slowest drive through Starbucks on planet earth. Avoid avoid avoid. Not sure why their drive through is a 20 – 25 minute wait at all times of day.
They are super friendly but 20 – 25 minute wait is extreme.

Should be zero stars. Starbuck employee was to busy talking to off work Safeway employee to take my order. She kept saying I’ll be right with you. After 5 minutes I gave up and walked out. Just reminded me why I don’t shop Safeway or go to Starbucks.

Not very happy with them! They have really poor customer service, and I won’t be going back!

Service here is extremely slow. Waits in the drive thru are an average of 15 – 20 minutes I’ve waited longer if the line reaches the end of the drive thru. Inside is not much better.
Simple iced caramel macchiatos are made differently by most baristas so they rarely taste the same.
Other than that the store is always clean.
For as busy as this store is they need an extra barista because the wait times here are ridiculous

I come here all the time. There are two things to be said about this location. The drive thru is painfully slow, you will wait on average 20 minutes (going inside is not much quicker either). That being said, the staff has always been very nice to me so I can’t complain there… which is why I keep coming back despite the wait.

Awwh SB’s, how i love thee and your caffeine. I have been to this location a few times now and i have had excellent service each and every time i have been in (or) gone through the drive-​thru. They do have free Wi-​Fi inside you are looking for a place to chill.
Recommendations for drinks:
* Black Tea, Green Tea or Passion Tea Lemonades are very refreshing.
(I prefer w/​no classic syrup and just add a little raw sugar, but i like these drinks less sweet than most folks.)
* Black Tea Iced plain is really good too.
* Cool Lime Refresher is delightful as well.
* Chai Tea Latte Iced (sometimes i like it dirty too… get your mind out of the gutter «dirty» means they add a shot of espresso.)
Recommendations for treats:
* Almond Croissant
* Blueberry Oat Bar
* Reduced-​Fat Pumpkin Cream Cheese Loaf Cake
* Cheesecake brownie

I can’t even. This place, man. Being a regular has its perks. Every time I walk in there in the morning, Brittie welcomes me — «Hey Tate! We doing the usual today?» As well as making me feel like a valued customer, as well as a friend — I see that other customers appreciate it too.
On top of the fantastic customer service, my order is always, needless to say, correct. Iced Carmel/​Vanilla Latté, and a Bacon Artisan Sandwich.
Side note, finally achieved my Gold Card on the rewards program.
Couldn’t be happier with this location, as well as the company overall. A++++

Being a former Barista it is hard to find a Sbux that really gets me going. I live in Scottsdale but happened to be in the area of this Sbux. Even though they are a busy store, they seem to make every customer feel like they matter and not just a transaction. Drinks were made quickly and pastries were fresh. The really great partner (Clint) even offered to warm my morning bun up to me, even though he was busy getting other pastries! What a great barista!!!
The store was one of the cleanest I have ever been in, which is amazing considering their busyness!
I would definitely be back to this location!!! Amazing job everyone!
