Jim Goltz, and Ann Goltz have over 40 years of combined solid waste experience. Their experience covers all aspects of the solid waste and recycling industry, from recycling markets, managing multi-​million dollar operations, to servicing some of the largest corporations in the nation.

Southwest Waste & Recycling, was founded by Jim & Ann Goltz in 2005. We knew there was a better way to conduct business in the solid waste and recycling industry. We were founded on the principal that «there is no substitute for service.» This is the philosophy by which we at Southwest Waste & Recycling operated our company each and every day. We take the time to understand the needs of all our customers, and strive to exceed their expectations.

Over the past 10 years, Southwest Waste & Recycling has grown from a two person operation into a leading independent waste and recycling company in the Phoenix area by putting it’s customers first.
