Soulstice Transformational Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy was created for women who have experienced extraordinary life circumstances and are now ready for profound transformation.

I work primarily with women who may have been through addiction recovery, domestic violence, are looking to manage weight or are interested in smoking cessation. Soulstice also helps with self esteem/​image, marriage/​divorce, relationships, starting over in life and even pregnancy/​miscarriage issues.

Coaching and Hypnotherapy are a powerful combination because through hypnosis we are able to discover deeply hidden issues that have kept the client in their current state. Coaching works by realizing the problem and moving the client through, up and over the issue while creating change in the process. I believe in these modalities so much because I have gone through it myself. My friends and family can’t believe the transformations I have made. I am very excited to share it with the world!

History

Established in 2012.

I began Soulstice in 2012 because I saw a need for women like me, women who are broken, abused, confused, addicted, hurting, or maybe just lost in life. Even though I had become sober and was on the road to building my life, I still wasn’t feeling like I was truly healing.

I know through my own life experiences that therapy like this wasn’t widely available. I thought that coaching was something that corporate executives did to motivate their employees and that hypnotherapy was something that stage performers did. Of course part of those beliefs are true but the list is truly endless for what these modalities can do.

Soulstice continues to grow, shift, and adapt to the long list of needs women face today. My ultimate goal for the company is to be a sanctuary, a place where women feel safe, peaceful and empowered. A place where you can speak your truth, judgement free, and come out feeling healed, whole, and ready to begin anew.

Business Owner

I am originally from Michigan where I worked primarily in the Cosmetology and Healing Arts professions. After moving to Arizona in 2009 I wanted to learn a do something more meaningful than massage and beauty. After working on the outside of women for so long, I wanted to do work within the Mind, Body and Soul condition of women.

By combining all my personal and professional experience with my new certifications I am able to help those who are ready to create extraordinary transformation in their lives. My studies at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts continues to be much more than an education, it has become a way life.

Many of my interests include anything to do with water, outdoors, and friends and family. I also love to do Tarot and Angel card readings and am beginning to write my first book. When I am not working or studying I enjoy spending time with my husband Leif, my twin daughters, 2 step children, and my 2 rescue kitties.
