I had an appointment for 6:30 am and arrived at 6am as instructed. I had no problems with my payment which was correct and the staff was friendly and efficient. My MRI started at 6:20 so they were early and I was finished by 6:45. I would definitely recommend them.

I made the terrible mistake of over paying my bill. Almost 6 months later I’m still waiting for refund and the billing department personnel are so rude. They keep telling me to call back next week to see if they have gotten the order to print the refund check. This is no way to treat your customers.

They got me in and out real fast which was nice. I’ve had kidney stones so it was very uncomfortable getting on the Ct scanner bed. I’ve also put on weight from not being active after getting a spinal fusion. I guess no one gives a Damn about a 60 yo fat guy having trouble getting up because they all ran off to fend for myself. Humiliating…

I went there for an MRI head of Tech that did not know what she was doing cause me a lot of pain called management they promised me a gift card never got it

Worst customer service ever. Incompetent staff and to top that off, had to wait an hour to see someone. Why make an appointment at 6 if no one care to see you till after 7. No one even offered an apology or a estimated time on, or maybe a why they are so far behind. We were referred here by another office. If you get a referral for this place please do yourself a favor and ask for somewhere different. They obviously can’t keep up with the volume of business they are booking. I have much more to say on why their service was so bad but don’t have time to go over the entire, horrible story. Just try to avoid this place at all cost

Office employees are terrible. They don’t even acknowledge you when you are standing right in front of them. Scheduling called my insurance multiple times to assure me the price I was paying was accurate. They insisted I would pay no more. Well now the price was doubled after my MRI! I questioned the bill and simonmed told me their price is never guaranteed!¡!!! So why didn’t they tell me that bit of info. I would have gone elsewhere for cheaper! Never again… stay clear

Billing nightmare — tried to charge me upfront for covered services. When I called to question charge they would not let me speak to person who supposedly called my insurance company. My insurance company had no record of them calling about my account. Inept or worse.

Horrible facility at multiple locations. Was sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I asked when I would be taken back. The front office dimwit finally went back 5 minutes later to ask (no one in the waiting room or on the phone). It was going to be another 45 minutes to an hour. Because the tech had messed up the previous pts MRI. Terrible company. Steer clear

So after all the fuss last week and finally being told that I’d get a refund, a week later there is still nothing. Now of course they’ll blame the bank, but that same bank has already processed a refund from Saturday! So SimonMed told me on Wednesday and I still have nothing at all on my account, even temporary. Other returns that were processed days later have already posted to my account. What now? More emails? More phone calls? More time wasted?
Worst yet, I found out that because of my insurance, I’m not allowed to pay up front! We have an HSA, and my new pcp’s billing office said that with my insurance, it must go through the insurance first before I pay anything.

Call to make an appointment and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes disconnected Immediately call back to only wait on hold again for 10+ minutes
Check in early for appointment check in time is 6pm Appointment is for 630. Informed at 630 they are at least 30 minutes behind. This is bullsh***. Waiting room is full of people yet staff continues to leave. Terrible service. Will certainly stick to SMIL for any imaging services.

I was not able to get the MRIs that I needed due to not having my entire deductible ($ 500) to give them at the time of the appt. Every time I called, I was given different information on what they needed to be able to take me. First they said they can verify FSA, then they said I can get something from my HR verifying FSA. Then they said nope, you need the card. (3 different people, 3 different calls) If they can’t communicate with each other on what is needed, do I really trust them to communicate with me and my doctor after the MRI? Wasted 3 weeks talking to this group. I should have picked another imaging center from the beginning.

This is a horrible place. I had an appointment at 2PM with a check in time of 1:30PM. I arrived at my scheduled check in time and completed the required paperwork. I then sat in the waiting room until 2:30PM, now we’re 30 minutes past the appointment time. I went to the front desk and asked how much longer it would be and the extremely rude office girls proceeded to say that they didn’t know. One of the girls said to call the MRI person and the other girl replies while rolling her eyes that she doesn’t know her extension. They managed to find the extension and of course they didn’t answer. I was then advised that there was still another person ahead of me and it would be at least another hour!!! What the heck is the point of making an appointment??? I then said forget it and I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I advised that I absolutely do not want to reschedule and will take my business elsewhere! I suggest that everyone does this. This place does not care about their patients. It is extremely painful for me to sit long periods of time and they could have cared less. They did not care about the time that I wasted either.

The office staff does not know what they are doing they changed my appointment from one location to another because they did not do the imaging that I needed done at the one they initially scheduled me at so they so they changed my appointment to the Greenfield location told me time will be the same I arrived A half an hour early at 8:45 and then they told me you might check in time was not until 12 o’clock call Totally screwed up my workday.
I wished I would have read the reviews before I agreed to come to Simon med imaging I would’ve asked my doctor to send me to a Nother location

Wait time? Who knows? They won’t tell you, but it will be long. How long??? Maybe don’t schedule us at noon when you take your lunch at noon.

They were great dealing with my difficult insurance. They were able to get me in quickly and were griendly and helpful when i arrived and actually got me into my scan early. Very happy with my service.

Super frustrated with them through phone calls and my visit and getting my records mailed to another place. They are very unorganized. They put me on hold for 24 minutes and never got back on since they closed at 5. That happened twice. I called about my records after the other radiologist said they requested my records but still hadn’t received them. When I called it had been over a week and they said they couldn’t find them but then said oh they went out in out mail today. Another week later and the other radiologist said they haven’t received anything. Let’s hope I don’t have cancer since I’ve been getting the run around for quite a while now! My visit wasn’t bad it’s everything else that’s the problem.

I cannot go lower than a 1 star and am downgrading this to a 1 star.
Last week we picked up the CD with my husband’s x-​rays. We did not open this and when we went to the chiropractor today, we gave it to him. The x-​rays that were ordered were of the Cervical Spine. I saw the x-​rays when the technician, Paulo, took them, the three images.
When the chiropractor pulled up the images, they were of the chest and lungs. Hmmm and they were dated 6÷11÷2013. My husband never took any x-​rays until 1.5 weeks ago and he had never been to Simonmed until 1.5 weeks ago. So, we got someone else’s x-​rays. Good job.
I called this office back and at first, she couldn’t find the images. Then she said there was only 1 image. I told her there are 3 because I saw the 3 images when the technician took them. Finally, she found them. Told Kayla, the lady who answered the phone, that we would be there in ½ hr to get the correct x-​rays. She said she would start the CDs. Maybe it was because she might have remembered how unhappy we were last week when they were not ready when we showed up after we said we would be there in a half hour.
This time, she had the images and showed us the images before we left with the CD.
The office area this time had a few people, but it smelled smoky. Apparently, their furniture/​carpet or whatever is saturated in smoke. Yuck. Which, to me, makes this not a sanitary place and even a bus station would smell better, which this is supposed to be a medical facility. They need to really have professional cleaning get that smell out.
And, the fact that they gave us the wrong x-​rays is just unacceptable. The date of the x-​ray didn’t even correspond to the date we requested, which was 1.5 weeks ago, not 1.5 YEARS ago.
Our chiropractor said it’s also unacceptable that they cannot upload this via the internet system the other Simonmed’s have. And our chiropractor would advise people to not go to this Simonmed. We agree.

This place was packed! And there was a strangely placed hutch in the waiting room and also one in the back hallway. Didn’t make me feel anymore at home…
My nurse was so sweet and held my hand through my appointment. That’s exactly what I needed. Thank you!

I had an appointment at 4:30p. I arrived at 4:25p to find about 20 people in the waiting area. There were a few others in front of me at the check-​in desk but I still only had to wait about a minute to be helped. By 4:30p I was in the back getting my test done.
Friendly — yes
Efficient — yes
Positive experience –yes
Note: they allow walk-​ins for X-​rays and possibly other tests so that may be the cause of several poor reviews.

I see the necessity for poor reviews, 30 minutes after my appointment time, arrived 15 minutes early (dumb me) to hear another patient ask when he’s going back and the front office states casually we’re running 45 minutes behind — that’s quite a news flash thanks for your concern for my personal time, because sitting in a waiting room for diagnostic mammograms is everybodys favorite thing to do on Friday! Get it together people. I have enough time to start this review hope your patient care is worth the wait.
Still waiting an hour later, sadly my review started at 3 stars.
Update: 1.5 hours late, here 2.5 hours and still haven’t seen the doctor. What a racket they have running. Pure pathetic customer service. The staff is wonderful but this is possibly the worst organized office on the planet, there is no way that this is acceptable business practice.
Finally saw the ultrasound tech who claims to have looked for me before, umm no you haven’t you we’re going to the break room the three times I saw you walk past me. Or wait was it when I had to repeat images in the mamo room? Do you people not talk to each other at all?
Total time spent over 3 hours. Not happy with this offices or the practices of the snide Snots that work there, next time ladies recall you’re in the service industry and people getting life altering tests performed deserve some flippn compassion.
