My ex filed a fraudulent bankruptcy, blatantly lied on the stand, and I proved that our business did well, however, I don’t know if it was the judge or my attorney but I walked away with nothing but $ 50,000 in attorney fees. After that I was moved from Paul as my attorney to Nathaniel and I ended up paying him $ 8,000 for literally nothing. When my ex stated in a Judgment Debtor Exam that he didn’t remember his current wife’s maiden name or when they were married, Nathaniel merely stated «he must have a bad memory.» A decent attorney should realize that’s a lie and would not have accepted those answers in a legal proceeding.

I’ve used this law firm countless times for estate planning and they are beyond wonderful in every circumstance. The entire staff is friendly, reliable and truly experts in their field. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my precious family’s estate!
They also handled a car accident for me… and I was amazed at how easy they made it. I nearly lost my pregnancy because of it and there’s no way I could’ve handled it all on my own. They came to my house and did all the work for me… I’m seriously in awe of what they were able to do!!!

Paul Rowley is truly one of the very best. He conducted himself in the utmost professional manner is all of our meetings. He took on my divorce, even though he wasn’t accepting new clients and immediately began negotiating the terms of my divorce. If it wasn’t for him I would have never had been allowed to relocate to Tennessee. I can never thank this man enough for giving me my life back. Not to mention he is a bull dog and went after my ex in a mediation type conference we had for being disrespectful and demeaning to me. If you want the best of the best he is it. I think when people don’t get all the things they ask for they post negative things about their attorney and this could be my only thought to these other individuals posts. He is the first person I recommend people to call in these kind of matters.

Stay far away from this attorney. He goes to court unprepared, stammers, stumbles, and forgets crucial evidence — overall he tries to «wing it.» Yes he will impress you in his initial visit, but DON’T LET IT FOOL YOU! His paralegal, Kimberly, is nice and seems to have her talent wasted on this attorney. She is overwhelmed and would make a far better attorney if her time wasn’t spread so thin — too thin to handle things in a timely manner. I’m not sure what Rowley does while billing away (and away and away), but he certainly did a very poor job on my case. I had to file a case against him with the State Bar. Unbelievably he did threaten and criticize me constantly. Stay away from him!

Both Helen and Stephanie are dead right. Gave them several thousands to help in a custody battle and after a few months got a bill for another 5k!!! I called to ask what it was about since we havent even been in court and nothing had been done yet and they kept saying my lawyer was busy or out of the office. His secretary was on lunch or out of the office… EVERY time I called. I left voice mails for weeks and never once got a reply. I refused to pay unless they could explain why they were charging me another 5k right before the case. NOTHING!!! Im from out of state so I had no other means to get ahold if my lawyer but call and I was ignored, COMPLEATLY ignored and they billed me for calling and leaving voice mails!!! now I have to find another lawyer fast with all our savings spent on this firm. DO NOT USE THEM, DO NOT CALL THEM, STAY AWAY!!! I will be filing a civil suit once the custody case is over

I was taken advantage of, threatened, unbelievably overbilled, criticized, and just plain belittled at every turn. This guy is a menace to society. Really sick.
