History

Established in 2014.

In December 2014 My wife and I were at a get together with some friends. Someone who I have never met asked me what I did for a living. As always I answered «I stay home with my wife full time, but I used to tint.» This person replied «I have two cars to tint, can you recommend someone?» I said «I would get back to you.» When I got home that night I sat down with my wife and told her we need to start the business. After two days of back and forth Road Runner Tinting was born. The rest is history.

My name is Eli Goldstein. I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY. I am the owner and operator of Road Runner Tinting. My career started in the mid 90’s when I was out of high school. I always wanted to work on cars, but I wasn’t sure in what capacity. I started working at my uncle’s shop as a helper and cleaner. The first thing I learned how to do was tint, I loved it right away. The feeling I got returning a car to a customer and knowing my work had made them happy, this is what I wanted from a career. From that point I knew I had found my path. I picked up a few other skills; auto glass, audio/​video and security, but tinting was still my favorite. In 2005 I married my beautiful wife Susan and we moved to Arizona to start our new life. In that same year Susan had a stoke. I had to make the choice of staying home full time. We have now been able to recover from this horrible event and I can now go back to what I love Tinting.
