Rico Auto Body Shop and Mechanic

I have been to Rico Auto a few times and they treat me pretty well. Most of the time I go there for very minor issues like change oil, fix bumper clip, etc. 2 weeks ago I bumped my car into a pillar in the back and result in some scratch and bends in quarter panel and light, back bumper. Total estimated fixed price is $ 2600 and even when I have collision insurance, its very expensive for me since I am a student. Rico said he would give me a discount and he really did! a HUGE discount. He doesn’t really care if he earns less money then he should; they care more about customers. I really appreciated that they are willing to help me like that. I will definitely go there again.
Plus, in the wait room they have Neflix and TV. I mean, how can you ask more?

Our lifeboat (i.e. ‘extra’) car needed an alignment and after getting the runaround and tales of ‘You’ll need this part, that part, and some more parts, and a muffler belt, and a flux capacitor, blah, blah, blah…’ from so-​called ‘name’ places, I found Rico’s after doing a quick Craigslist search. I was a little concerned as the area isn’t the greatest, but since it was during the day, I bravely made my way into old-​town Mesa.
Rico’s managed to get my car taken care of in less than 45 minutes at a great price using the latest professional technology/​equipment. The mechanic himself came in the office and told me the work he had done, the overall condition of the suspension, and some things he noticed (not doing the pushy up sell) and before you know it I was on my way.
I’ll be using Rico’s again; honesty, quality work, no pressure, great prices.
