*PLEASE NOTE: Repairs and Service are by appointment and usually in evenings and on weekends. However, I am currently not taking calls from new customers. If you are an existing customer with an issue I will still try to assist as time allows.*

I have been building and repairing computers for over 20 years. Reboot is a side business I run out of my house to continue offering these services at a much discounted cost. I offer a wide variety of services related to computer repair, upgrades, custom builds, and general technology troubleshooting. Repairs and service calls are by appointment, usually in the afternoon or evening, but I try to answer calls during all daytime hours.

Q. Wait, I have to take my computer to a guy’s house?

A. Yup. But the cash you save and the quality of the repair will be worth it.

Q. How much will I pay?

A. Depends what’s wrong. I charge hourly, but only for time I’m actually working on your computer. This, combined with an hourly rate that’s a fraction of the «big names» means you pay a whole lot less. I also only charge you if I fix it!

Q. What makes you different than other repair guys?

A. I fix the underlying problem instead of just reinstalling Windows. I preserve your data whenever I can. I then clean every computer I work on, inside and out, and make sure everything else is running smoothly… all for no extra charge.

Established in 2011.

Reboot was founded in 2011, putting a name and legal structure to the services I (Drew) have been providing to friends and family for over 20 years. I run Reboot out of my house with my wife’s help with one goal in mind: happy and satisfied computers who are less frustrated with their computer than when they came to me.

I named my company «Reboot» because I aim to give my customers a «fresh start» with their technology tools. Whether this is building a new state-​of-​the-​art computer, cleaning up an older computer, or teaching someone the basics of how it works, I hope my customers leave with a smile and confidence that everything is now working as it should.

Reboot is a registered and licensed business with City of Mesa and Arizona Department of Revenue and I take pride in having a trusted reputation for quality.

Business Owner

Drew founded Reboot Technology Services in September of 2011, putting a name and legal structure to the services he had been providing for several years. With over 15 years of professional technology experience, Drew has been helping employers and customers with IT needs in a way that marries in-​depth knowledge with friendly customer service.

Drew has a BS in Business Administration with a Systems focus from Taylor University and has used his skills in consulting, programming, IT support, training and project management with companies such as Crown International, Accenture, Charles Schwab, and Bank of America, as well as several government agencies. This combined experience allows fast troubleshooting and quality repairs with minimal downtime for customers.
