Real Fast Auto Glass

They came out on time as promised and got my windshield replaced nicely.
They are local and their price was better than both other quotes I got.
I plan on using them again in the future for sure.

Great experience from start to finish — windshield was cracked on Sunday, called them on Monday, had it repaired and completed on Tuesday. Ashley was fantastic over the phone, friendly and quick with information, the techs were communicative and accommodating. Much better experience than I’ve had with much bigger, «safer» glass repair shops.

My windshield was hit by a rock while driving on the 60 during my evening commute. I noticed a small chip but nothing major. When I came out the next morning to go to work the small chip had turned into a long crack! I contacted Real Fast Auto Glass based on the reviews I saw on Unilocal and I’m so glad I did! I was able to call and get an appointment for that same day and Tony had my windshield installed by the time I got off work. I am very pleased with the work he did and very impressed by the outstanding customer service I received. Highly recommend!

Never even called me back to quote me. They warn it can take up to 2 business days but it has been a week. Oh well, I went elsewhere.

I hired Real Fast Auto Glass to replace a windshield on my Escalade. They were not an approved vender through my insurance but they had descent reviews on Unilocal so I gave them a shot. BIG MISTAKE!
Not only did they crack my dashboard but they tried to tell me they didn’t, and took zero responsibility. They told me it was already there. I drive my car everyday, have never seen a crack and the first time I drove my car since having a windshield installed I have a giant crack on my dash. I don’t think this is a coincidence.
After speaking with Joe, notifying him I would be writing a bad review he acted like a child and begged me not to write a bad review, yet still offered no plausible solutions. Instead of replacing the dash which would only be $ 300 he chose to deny all accountability and make no reasonable offer to fix their error.
You can tell this company is ran by a young kid who doesn’t know how business works yet. It’s clear once he has your, or your insurances money he doesn’t look back. I would recommend going with a company your insurance approves to limit the risk of dealing with a sketchy company like this. On a side note, my new windshield also now rattles up by the review mirror. Thanks for nothing Real Fast Auto Glass.

I called about 4:30 in the afternoon yesterday, to inquire if they would install a windshield I already had they told me they were pretty full for the night, but they called «Joe» and Called me back and Joe had my durango road ready by 7:30. Thanks For the Real FAST Auto Glass Installation!!!

I called looking for a quick place to stop and get a huge chip repaired in my windshield and came across Real Fast. Update: they are real fast. Joe said he would be able to come to me and fix it in two hours. He was early and he was done in 10 minutes! $ 40 was a super reasonable price and the legs out from the main chip are almost invisible. I’m glad that I was taken care of so quickly and with as little pain and frustration as possible.

Pretty dissapointed in these guys. Was quoted 11−2pm so we waited around. 145pm comes and the guy is cool and calls letting me know it would be another hour… fast forward 2hrs 20 minutes — they are still gonna be another 30 minutes.
Waste of time.

I called in on Saturday and scheduled a windshield replacement for the following Tuesday between 5 — 7 pm. I was called at 6:33 pm telling me that they were on the way. It took longer than I expected (almost over an hour) until they arrived. I was told that the late shift employees were coming from the west side which took much longer. I understood. I forgot the person’s name but he was friendly and professional. My windshield was replaced within 20 minutes. They accept all types of payments except you have to call in for credit cards. Only issue is that no one answered the phone when I called to make the payment so had to try again several times. They truly trust their customers which is a big deal in this day and age. I recommend them. Tips: schedule during the day so it’s easier for them to complete the replacement. No more cracks in my windshield: D yay.

I was so pleased by the service I got with my CRV windshield replacement… I called and spoke with Joe, the owner, in the morning and was scheduled for 4pm same day… awesome service… when completed I looked it over and noticed they even took the time to take a breast cancer sticker off old windshield and put it on my new one!!! how cool is that… You guys really do care!!! thanks again!!!

I called Real Fast Auto Glass to get the windshield replaced on my Acura TL. I spoke to Joe and got a cash quote because I was unsure if I had glass coverage. The quote was by far best I received (3 – 4 other quotes). Joe let me know Tony would come by my office in Mesa the following afternoon and replace the windshield. The morning of the install I found out I had glass coverage. My insurance called Joe and worked out the details. Joe sent Tony that afternoon and he did a great job replacing my glass. In and out in less than an hour, all while I was at work. No complaints. Highly recommend.

I called these guys to replace the windshield on my Ford Escape on Monday and by Tuesday I had a new windshield in my car for a much cheaper price than I was quoted elsewhere.
Joe set up a time window between 12:00 and 5:00 and when 5:00 was fast approaching I was worried I had made a mistake calling these guys. I received a call from Tony that he was running a few minutes late, but he did not forget about me. He showed up a few minutes later, which was not a problem and had my windshield replaced in less than an hour. Very courteous and clean job.
Great, fast service. I would highly recommend.

No idea how service or quality is because when I called for a quote I got the message «The mailbox belonging to Tom is full and cannot accept new messages»
Unfortunately that earns a company one star in my book because having a way for customers to get a hold of you in order to do business is a pretty darn essential part of doing good business.
It’s pretty impossible to get «real fast auto glass» when you can’t even get a hold of the company to begin with. Lol.
Guess I’ll call the next guy on the Unilocal list. :)
PS: Hey Tom, you should check your messages, dude! There are probably lots of customers looking for auto glass, man! If you forgot your password or something I bet the phone company can help you out. Just sayin…

I tried to use the check-​in deal on my tablet, but it said that I’m too far away. I got the check-​in price anyway, though.
Everything went smoothly. I needed a new windshield, and so I was looking around online and calling places for quotes. The conversation with Real Fast went well, and the price was better than everywhere else I checked.
We set up a time window, and he showed up within the window. I watched him take out the old windshield and put in the new one. He did an excellent job. Beat expectations. I will call again if I ever need more glass work.

Returned my call right away, scheduled me same day and the price was very reasonable.

Just had Real Fast Glass do my rear window on my f150. Joe is tough to get a hold of on the phone and you can’t leave a message since his voice mail is full… That was frustrating. His business hours are also not necessarily true. Plan on 8 – 5 Monday — Friday. I kept calling because of all the good reviews on Unilocal and the Unilocal deals he is running.
Once I got in touch with them things went smoothly. Joe gave me a time window when to expect him (same day) and got the window off and re-​sealed and installed it. He did a very clean job and was thorough with his work. He explained why the window was leaking and did a couple things extra to make it right and safeguard beyond factory requirements. What I liked best is that he showed me what was wrong and explained how he made it better.
Considering my experience as a whole I would recommend these guys to anyone in their area.
PS– called Safelight Auto Glass and they told me I had to replace the whole window… Everyone else said that was not necessary. Replacement would have been more than double the cost!!!

Let me start off by saying that I really, really, really had much higher hopes for this company as I found them here on Unilocal and saw nothing but 5-​star reviews.
We needed a windshield on one of our company vehicles replaced.
I called on a Thursday and spoke with Joe. He seemed very eager to accommodate our busy schedule and I was grateful for that. Joe stated that he had the windshield we needed and could have a 6″ tint strip installed before they arrived for an additional $ 15.00. Sold. He set an appointment for Saturday at 10:00 am.
Saturday morning, no one showed up. We received a call from Joe later in the afternoon stating that he was having brake issues with his work truck. I completely understood and wouldn’t want anyone to be put at risk for the sake of replacing a windshield. We agreed to reschedule for the following week after his truck was safe to drive.
I believe it was a Tuesday evening that we rescheduled for, and I even gave him a 2 hour window to work with (5:00 – 7:00) because he was coming from Mesa. I thought, «Surely he will redeem himself.» According to the owner of my company, Joe showed up after 7:00 without the tint strip installed on the windshield. He did offer to reduce the price of the windshield for the missing tint, but that only meant that we’d have to find and install the strip ourselves. Joe also stated that we «never requested a tint strip…»
Overall, I was very disappointed with this company. The reason I gave two stars is because he had the best prices of anyone that I had called, but I guess you get what you pay for. I’d much rather pay a little more and have my time treated as though it was valuable and get what I was promised.

Just had my windshield replaced by this company. I experienced wonderful customer service. Joe is the one who came out to replace the windshield.
The phone calls were professional and friendly. When Joe arrived, he did not realize that the new windshield he had for me had some nicks in it.
It must have bumped one of the other windows. He called and advised me that he would have to leave to go get another one.
He wasn’t gone long and he was able to replace the windshield in a timely manner.
I love that they will come to your location of choice saving you from having to take time off from work.
I would highly recommend Real Fast Auto Glass. I will def. use this company again.

I called Joe @ Real Fast Auto Glass on Friday morning to schedule an appointment to have my windshield replaced. I assumed being such late notice he wouldn’t be able to get out to me until after the weekend but I was definitely wrong. Saturday morning, bright and early, was Joe knocking at my door trying to wake me up. I also wanted my entire windshield tinted and he had absolutely no problem getting this done for me at an amazing price ($ 50 less than competitors).
9:00 AM — Joe knocking on my door
9:15 AM — Me waking up because I forgot I made this appointment (it was my birthday on Friday so cut me some slack here!)
9:50 AM — Joe knocking on my door again — DONE!
Joe’s amazing service, professionalism, and dedication to his business is nothing short of perfect.
It’s too bad Joe doesn’t cook burgers, clean houses, or babysit because he would be my #1 contact.
