Where do I begin. this garbage company was hired to replace my whole roof and all plywood underneath. Later to find out, the only replaced 6 sheets that the «tweeker» foreman felt needed to be replaced. Luckily it rained 2 days after completion and sure enough it was leaking in several spots. The owner (Ray) was contacted and sent the two most unprofessional guys to my house. The did a rookie repair and said that should do it. Well while up on the roof monitoring their work, I nearly fell through the roof that they were supposed to fix. It doesn’t end there. The patio covering was even worse. It felt like a trampoline when I walked on it. If you don’t believe me and would like to see the work, feel free to contact me. Meanwhile, I have filed a complaint with the registar and this company will end up replacing the whole damn roof, guaranteed. I’ve had 3 other «PROFESSIONAL» roofing companies come for estimates and we’re shocked of the quality of work. The owner should be ashamed of the quality this. OH AND GET THIS– when my g.f. told him that I almost fell through, he had the nerve to reply «well maybe you should find a smaller boyfriend». All of this was documented in the registar complaint.
