WORST customer service ever! They never call you back,” KYE”, he is very rude, very very rude! I am not done with this company. I will be taking my complaint to the MEDIA. I had to contact Alliance Alarm, which is yet another 3rd party, they all represent «Monitronics». They (Aliance) contacted Pro Link, to tell them to contact me. Ridiculous! There has been a death in the family, and security system service will need to be transferred to another state. However, they do not service in the other state. And they will not do anything! as far as disconnecting, unless I pay a 2800.00 disconnect fee!!! Really,?? the facts are this, DEATH, RELOCATE to another state, No service in that state. Too bad for you! And rude people who will not return a call!

Prolink eventually made good on all the mistakes that were made. It took several emails, and a few months, but the long term issue was completely resolved by December 2014. It is my honest opinion as a consumer that everything should have been resolved immediately in August, but I will give them credit for at least being professional and making it right.

Our sales guy Ryan was very helpful and answered all of my questions, I had a lot as the system was going into a rental property and I need to know how I could interact with the tenants. Ryan was able to not only reassure me that the system could work the way I needed it, but took the time to see it from my perspective and understand my needs.
The system was installed on time and really quickly, went in so easy, I was very impressed. I live in California and my rental house is in TX, so its great to be able to set up access for contractors, lock and unlock and disarm and arm the system remotely.
Thoroughly recommend both Link and the system to anyone, great for property owners too!
