Papa John’s Pizza

The pizza here is always consistent. I never get anything I don’t expect, which I think is a good thing. They make it really quickly and are always right on time about when it will be ready so that I can pick it up when it’s just out of the oven! Everyone here is very friendly also.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery. Before the pizza made it to my house I had a water leak and fell. I was unable to get up from the floor and answer the door. They called twice to check on me but I couldn’t get the phone (I was on the floor). Once I managed to get up I called to let them know what happened and that I was not flaking on them. The manager was very kind and offered to remake the order. I had to decline since I had a mess to clean up. The next day they stopped by the house to check on me and brought me a beautiful card and flowers! They are outstanding! I have never had a problem with my order or the quality of the food. The drivers are always wonderful (as well as management when I have had to speak with them). This is the BEST customer Care I have ever received! I ordered two large pizzas, one with extra cheese. The extra cheese pizza did not have any extra cheese. It had the same amount of cheese as the other pizza. I also ordered bread sticks. They were horrible. They were dry and no sauce was included with the sticks. The large pizza was small compared to other large pizzas. I found the pizza very similar to Dominoes but not as good. I ordered on line for pick up, and they forgot to send me an e-​mail to confirm or tell me when my pizza was done, so not only was it bad pizza but it was bad, cold pizza. I called the store and they said, «Oh yeah, your pizza is sitting here.» Where was my e-​mail? «Oh sometimes that happens, you don’t get an e-​mail or phone call with a time to pick up your pizza. Did I hear an «I’m sorry or even a credit to the order?» Noooo Really bad customer service. Not going back!

Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese for take out last night. The pizza was smaller than most large sized pizzas. The crust was like cardboard and there was very little cheese. $ 15.00 for a very lousy pizza.

OK, so we’re a baseball team of youth players and parents having a pool party at a hotel, since we’re attending a tournament away from our home fields. We’ve got some fundraiser money and the boys are hungry. «Hey, lets get some pizza!», says a mom. «Good idea, who should we call?», says another. «Well, there’s a pizza place on the room key/​card. Let’s call them», she responds.
That was the genesis of this review. The person that answered the phone was well aware that we didn’t have utensils, cups, plates, .etc. «Not a problem, we can bring those for you!» That’s awesome! «Hey, boys! The pizza is on the way!»
Oh, and an order that large comes with soda. Even ‘cooler’ we all thought.
The delivery guys shows up and informs us the person that took our order was wrong and if you want soda it’ll be an extra $ 8. Really? For two 2-​liter bottles? OK, that’s expensive but we’re stuck at this point. What about the plates and cups? Delivery guy, «Oh, I’m sorry, I read the order wrong.» «Let me call the store.» Several minutes go by and then he says, «My boss won’t let me go get the cups and bring them back. It’s too far!» Really? What an idiot! So your incompetence has us now scrambling for supplies while we’re on the road. Never again! «Hey, don’t give him a tip!» I protest. «Too late, he’s already gone,» says the mom. «Did you give him a tip?» The mom, «I did!» That’s a separate issue we’ll deal with ourselves.

You know what you’re going to get: delivery/​take-​out pizza. I’m not expecting gourmet anything and I’m not disappointed.
They’re fast, efficient and consistent. I usually order online and pick it up – the people behind the counter are always pretty friendly.

Our pizza was totally raw! Completely disgusting and totally un-​edible. I would give 0 stars if I could.
