History

Established in 1980.

Ernest Thesman founded Thesman Communities in 1980 and his son Michael joined the company in 1982.

Since 1980, Ernie and Michael have been actively involved in the development and management of luxury resort communities in Arizona, Florida, Nevada and New Mexico. They developed and manage 10 communities with 4,400 home sites. Las Palmas, Las Palmas Grand, Palmas del Sol and Sunrise Village in Mesa, Arizona; Palmas del Sol East in Apache Junction, Arizona; Briarwood in Port Orange, Florida; Village Green in St. Petersburg, Florida; Meadows in Las Vegas, Nevada; Coronado Village and Meadowbrook in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
