On Track Garage Door Service

On Track Garage Doors saved my day and I would recommend them to anyone in need. Hats off to both Heidi (answered my call) and Steve (tech), customer service was fantastic.
Late in the day (3 pm), someone (me) was dumb enough to back into the garage door when not fully opened then try to fix it and make 10x worse. Garage door not only can’t come down anymore but is hanging on by about 3 rollers. Figured I was sunk, called a company I worked with in the past but they weren’t available and booked out through next day but they were kind enough to refer me to On Track. I had pretty much given up hope for the day wondering how I was going to lock up through the night but called hoping for first thing next day.
Spoke to Heidi who was fantastic on the phone, explained my predicament — told me she would see what she could do and call back in 10 minutes. 2 minutes later she calls back and has a tech (Steve) at my door in 30 minutes. Steve was great as well — knowledgable and personable. He got me squared away quickly and at a very reasonable price.
Will be using them for all future needs and, based off my experience with them, highly recommend On Track Garage Door Service.

My twelve year old garage door motor operator died on Saturday night. What to do? I left a voicemail for On Track Garage Door Service, Inc.(OTGDS) with the dream of a same day appointment on Monday morning. In the meantime I buy my new motor operator at my local big box home improvement retail store on Sunday.
8:01am Monday morning I receive a call from OTGDS responding to my voicemail. I explain my issue and they check with their techs who have already been dispatched for the day. They had a tech in my area with an available time slot. They give me a two hour window on when the tech would arrive. The tech (Steve) arrives as quoted and advises that the removal and installation of the new motor operator would take a hour. Steve is very knowledgeable with the brand of the motor operator I purchased and provided me with tons of information. He even gave me a tutorial on installing an accessory I currently do not have but plan on buying soon to open my garage door with my smartphone.
OTGDS went well above and beyond my expectations! Their price for the installation was fair but where they shine is their customer service! I hope my review helps the next Unilocaler in need of emergency service or better yet a planned service.

Had a referral from a Facebook friend about this company. My garage door was on its last leg and beginning to fail miserably. Talked to Dan on the phone, gave me a great quote, included things other companies charged extra for and had a better door (heavy duty compared to other contractor specials). filed this info away and continued using the door until I squeezed the last bit of life out of it. BROKE! With the car inside the garage! Called Dan, needed a door today, no luck they were booked. Guess who came out, same day to fix the door to help me get the car out? The owner of the company! Got the car out, they returned the next morning and replaced the door at a price lower then anyplace in the Phoenix area. Need a door? Call Dan at On Track.

If you want unbelievable customer service at reasonable rates call this company for your garage door needs. I am an avid believer that customer service is just something so hard to find these days… I am a customer service rep at an AC company here in AZ so when I get above and beyond service I will scream it from the roof tops! I called them when my spring broke on Tuesday night at 4 PM I could not get my car out of my garage to go to work. They were at my house at 5 PM! Fixed everything and my garage door works way better than it ever has. It’s quiet when you open it now… All I can say is WOW about this company.
