Horrible company and I would never recommend them to anyone. They leave a book for you to write down your needs or any areas that need attention. The crew that cleans does not read English and barely speaks English so there is no way for this book to have any value. The cleaning services are subpar. My staff would often find trash still underneath chairs and behind exam tables after the crew had cleaned the night before. Additionally, the doors to my medical practice were left unlocked on numerous occasions. There is expensive medical equipment, computers and medical records in the office that anyone could have just walked in and taken when the doors were left unlocked. Their accounting and record keeping is atrocious. When I contracted with this company, I left my credit card on file for monthly automatic bill pay. On numerous occasions they did not run the card monthly but would wait for several months before running my credit card. When they did decide to run my card I would get phone calls and emails stating the credit card number was not working. I’ve had the same credit card number and have provided the number on more than 4 separate occasions. I’m on automatic bill pay with numerous other vendors, all of whom have never had problems with running my card monthly. The straw that broke the camel’s back is when they lost the keys to my office. I cancelled service upon which I was told that I had outstanding invoices from more than a year ago even though I was on monthly automatic payment. When I asked for detailed invoices for what they claimed to be outstanding, I was provided with invoices for services that were never performed. When I questioned the invoices they then changed the dates on the invoices and said they made a mistake with the service dates. To date, they have not provided me with a satisfactory accounting of what they are calling outstanding charges. I advised them on numerous occasions that they would not receive any additional payments from me until I receive that accounting. Instead of providing the accounting they continue to harass me and my staff by leaving messages demanding payment at my office, on my cellphone and via email. They have even taped business cards to the door of my business with a handwritten note stating that I need to pay the outstanding charges. Extremely unprofessional and I am surprised that this company is still in business. Please be aware of this company.
