Michael is a licensed massage therapist in AZ and NY. He has been trained in almost any kind of massage you would want to have. Some of these modalities include Shiatsu, medical, sports, Swedish, deep tissue, Thai massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, hot stone therapy, Reiki and more. He has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in human physiology, having successfully worked at a physical therapy clinic completing 2 internships back to back. He has a masters degree in spiritual science and has completed almost 2 years study as a naturopathic physician. Michael is able to handle most physical conditions and manipulations needed to correct muscles and some structural issues. He works with a variety of conditions such as pre and post operative physical areas of the body such as joint and spine mobility along with replacement therapies to help maintain or increase range of motion. He is trained in exercise modalities as well as nutritional counseling.

Established in 2011.
Michael has been a licensed massage therapist in New York State as well as Arizona for many years and finally decided to put it together as a business after working in others fields as well as attending college and medical school for some time. So in 2011 he chose a name and a logo was created using his hands. Thus the business was called Michaelshands.

Michael Manion LMT, BSc, MS, received his first degree as an Associate in Business Marketing from WCC in NY in 1972. Michael in the 1970’s studied the human mind. Throughout the 1980’and 1990’s he studied many esoteric, metaphysical courses concerning healing and health and became a Reiki Master. His diploma as a Massage Therapist in 1990 was from Swedish Institute in New York City. In AZ he graduated GCC with two associate degrees while on the Presidents Honor Role, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Physiology at ASU in 2007. Completing almost 2 years of medical school Michael now works as the owner of Michaelshands in Mesa, AZ.
