Mesa Family Dentistry

My family and have been going for the last 2 months. Dr. Turner is a great doctor and makes my children feel comfortable and relaxed. If your looking for a great dentist I would recomend Dr. Turner.

Dr. Turner and his office staff are friendly and professional. Every one of my appointments have been on time and thorough. I do not feel that my visit is rushed, at all. Dr. Turner and his staff seem to take pride in, and love what they do. This was my third appointment and I don’t go in with thoughts of having to see «the dreaded dentist» before I go in… that says a lot for me. :)

I went in to see Dr. Turner this past month for my routine exam and had another great experience. The front office staff was very friendly and was great about calling me when my appointment was due. His hygienist is awesome and I enjoyed visiting with her while she cleaned my teeth. I have been a patient of Dr. Turner for over 18 years now, and I go in every 6 months for my routine cleaning and have had a few root canals and crowns done by him over the years. For a few years I didn’t have insurance and needed a crown. He went over my options and was willing to work with me to make sure I had the best options available. He does quality work and I wouldn’t go anyplace else.

Went to dr. Turners office a few times because he was close to my home. I made a huge mistake by asking him to do some bonding to my teeth. It looked okay when I left but a couple days later I noticed a difference so I went back in to see him and told him my concerns. He said and I quote, «you are looking too closely in the mirror». He also said «If it bothers you in six months, come back». So I went back for a cleaning and mentioned it again, he said there was nothing he could do other than a veneer. Even if he were able to fix it, i certainly would not have let him touch my teeth again. I have deterred at least five people from going to his office. He is rude and unprofessional. I have since found a new dentist but I will continue to deter business. Some people just shouldn’t be in the profession they are in.

I found my way to this office when I took advantage of a Groupon offer for a deep cleaning. I’ve been back three times since so I can speak from at least some experience. No, Dr. Turner is not the most outgoing dentist I’ve ever had but neither is he rude or short. Kind of a strictly-​business guy, and I guess that’s not all bad. As for me, however, I’ve decided to find another dentist in Mesa where I feel like my business is at least valued. I’m sure Turner’s a capable dentist, but visiting his office always leaves me cold.
