When I first started going here about three or four years it was great everything when smooth and they went out of their way to help out, now it seems like they don’t care care.
I have had to call about 4 times about different things, every time they were rude and of absolutely no help.
And it looks like they have fake 5 star reviews

I cannot say enough good about this place! Super friendly staff, extremely helpful, give you all the information to make the right choice for you with no up selling pressure.
I called them yesterday to make an appointment and they got me in the next day. I will be going back for sure.

Was having trouble seeing, so I came in for an eye exam. I was informed that my contact lens prescription was exactly the same and that was that. I decided to buy some contacts a few months later and when inquiring about prices, I was told that if I bought a year supply, it would be $ 75 after insurance and that they had two rebates I was eligible for that would save me $ 70, so my out of pocket would only end up being $ 5. I decided to go that route, and asked for the rebate forms before I left. I was told that she had to «get everything ready» when the boxes came in by printing my receipts and gathering the tabs on the boxes, so that she’d have the forms when I picked them up. A week later I go to pick up my contacts and am handed a bag with no other info. I ask for the rebate forms and am told there’s just one and that they’re out of the second. I explain that I wouldn’t have purchased a years worth if I wasn’t going to get the rebates, and she offers to have their rep send a form to my house and that was the best they could do. She didn’t ask for my address or my name or anything like that, so I obviously knew she wasn’t going to have anything sent, and it’s no wonder that nothing ever arrived at my house. Well, when I tried to get the rebate for the form they did have, I realized that you had to have had your exam within 30 days, and it had been longer than that. I realize that I should have read it over myself before purchasing them, but I feel cheated and frustrated that she told me I was eligible for and would be getting $ 70 in rebates that I in fact won’t.
I should also mention that when I walked in to purchase the contacts, the two ladies at the front desk were chomping on chips and salsa. One said to the other «are you going to help her or should I?» I’m so sorry I was such an inconvenience during your chip eating fiesta. Perhaps they should invest in a break room…

I have worn contacts for years and have seen many eye doctors, this place is the WORST I’ve ever been to. I’d give them a zero of I could. Beware of this eye doctor. I went in for routine eye exam. And ended up paying big time, even though I have insurance. They did multiple procedures that I thought were routine and never bothered to say there was an additional charge. They also wanted to over charge for contacts, I refused to purchase them. I have been to this location before and they provided good service. I’m not sure if the staff has changed but I will NEVER go back. If you do go here make sure you ask for prices before you let them do ANYTHING.

I loved this office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like about past eye places I have visited was that they always try to get you to get additional tests done and to buy additional items for your glasses. This was not the case here. No one tried to up-​sell.

Stopped here Saturday to show my girlfriend some frames to see what she thinks about them and to make an appointment — something that takes about five minutes… Well, it was about 2:45 pm and the listed time on the door shows that they’re open until 3:00 pm. Perfect, right? Nope. As we walk in the door, the woman at the front desk, as well as the young employees behind the corral of chairs blocking off the area with frames immediately stopped what they were doing and gave us a blank, deer-​in-​headlights stare, such as one would give if an alien walked in the door. After a few seconds the woman at the counter gave us a firm «Yes?», us unaware that we were obviously intruding on something. I explained that we only wanted to quick look at some frames and was informed that they would be locking up in ten minutes but we could come back at a later time. Sorry Dr. Guy. Sorry that you lost out on a new customer, but more sorry that your staff is the reason.

These guys are great, they really went the extra mile with my son’s eye exam. We received a lot more information than the previous place we used, a lot of important things that the previous doctor never even mentioned. Highly recommended.
