I had a horrible experience with this store. Bought a mattress from this store and later found out that Costco is selling it for the about same price and with free returns, while AZ Mattress is selling it for much cheaper. Furthermore, the mattresses from Costco and AZ Mattress had the law label attach to it, but the mattress from this store doesn’t have the law label. Very shady. The box set was creaky and I didn’t like the mattress, but could not return it, so I was forced to change to another mattress and box set. This time, the mattress has a tear and a stain while the box set has a huge dent. Makes me wonder if they are really new as the store claimed it to be. The one year warranty that the store provides seems useless as they refused to do anything about the tear, saying that they are already selling the mattress for a very cheap price. I understand that the prices are cheap as their mattresses are overstock. Nevertheless, I don’t think any customer would be willing to accept a mattress with defects that he is unaware of when purchasing it. Service was terrible too. My husband had to help to carry up the mattress to the third level even though we paid for delivery. This store is really not trustworthy and I am very doubtful that the mattresses they sell are new.

Just bought a gel foam mattress from Mattress Depot in Mesa on baseline for my granddaughter. She love the mattress and said it was very comfortable. Their prices are very competitive. Couldn’t ask for better service. I recommend all of my friends go to mattress depot and ask for Mike. They even have financing if you need it and we’ll deliver almost anywhere, at any time

Thanks Mike, I just spoke to my aunt Maria that moved to phenix last week. As a new resident from Mexico, she told me that you took your time to discuss the Sealy queen options. As you know, she is already nervous about spending money and getting the right deal. She told me that the delivery was on time and she really appreciated all the help you gave her move a few boxes around. It’s funny because I know she tried to keep you at her house for dinner but I told her that your busy but might come back later. Mike — much appreciated and she still wants to cook for you.

We had an overall amazing experience! Right when we walked in it was welcoming and a very relaxed atmosphere. The owner Mike was friendly and helpful. He stayed open late for us and waited a while while we dealt with the financing options. Mike and the other gentleman that my kids refer to as, «Elvis,» we’re both family men and made sure the kids were entertained and had a blast «trying out beds» while we worked out the details. They made us feel right at home, we got a fantastic deal on an awesome bed. Once we were done they followed us home to deliver our new bed. We will definitely be lifelong customers! Great deals and wonderful people!
