I hired Daniel Marco to help me when I was involved in an accident at work. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. He helped me get a great settlement from the accident, and working with him was a pleasure.

As you might have gathered from my previous review, the bad news is: I had to file bankruptcy. The good news is: It’s 100% complete and that is thanks to Kaveh and team. This all started with an ugly, unexpected divorce a few years ago. My ex — let’s call him «The Sociopath» — left me high & dry after 15 years for his co-​worker. That also began my foray into attorneys. One has been worse than the next. From unethical narcissists to well — a murderer! I was reluctant to hire another. Lucky for me, Mostafavi & Wimmer became the exception to the rule. They charge a flat fee to begin the case and folks — it’s worth every penny. Bankruptcy is a somber, tedious process; I couldn’t imagine doing it myself. I handed it off to Kaveh, Steve, and team and they were on every detail! They explain everything, return every phone call and email, and handle all the issues. They’re fast, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. And let me give you a visual of what that really means: We’re sitting in the Federal Court Hearing today — the hearing you nervously await because it means your case is/​is not «discharged.» Three cases were ahead of us in the same room.
1-​by-​1, the Court Trustee summoned up the individuals and their attorneys, then
1-​by-​1 proceeded to poke holes in each and every case/​case file. EVERY single person was required to come back at a later date with more information and/​or work to be done. Until it was my turn. Not only was my case over & «discharged» in under 5 minutes, but the Court actually COMMENDED Kaveh for the outstanding work he did on my file! He did it all, and he did it right, the 1^st time. And did I mention he’s a nice guy, too? All attorney’s should practice law this well!
