I was very please with how well Ronda cleaned my home and am ready to schedule with her again. She works extremely hard and quickly. She brings all her own chemicals and equipment which I really like. She was on time and got to work immediately asking what my priorities were for the job. I am happy to have found such a friendly, hard worker as Ronda and at such a reasonable rate. She did a much better job than the TCS 2 workers for 2 hours I used recently!
I do suggest you book out a few weeks to get the day/​time you need as she is one busy lady. Thank you Ronda :)

I purchased a Living Social Deal and have been trying to call to schedule. The message that plays immediately when calling says «the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls». Not sure how to reach them if the number on the voucher and on Unilocal isn’t working. Will review again if I ever get them to come to clean?!

Not impressed. Since our house cleaner moved out of town we have been using living social deals to find a new company or person.
First of all… we picked up the house knowing that most companys do not pick up big messes. When it got home it didn’t really look like anything was done. The floors were vacuumed but then I laid down to play with my daughter there was still dog hair and dirt on the carpet. I vaccine every other day and know what carpet should feel like after being vacuumed. The couches were not vacuumed at all and the beds were not made. Despite being clear of everything but sheets and pillows. The shelves were not dusted. I question what they really did in 3 hours. Other services have done a better job in half the time.
They are priced well… but you get what you paid for. At least the person I talked to on the phone was really nice. We will not be using this service again.

I am willing to give anyone a chance. I purchased a Deep Cleaning Living Social to try them out $ 150
I called — gave them to give three weeks notice. I received a call back from an «employee». Said she would call back and «could I be more flexible on the date», I said «sure any day that week». Next day I received a call from employee «there is no way the boss can fit you in at all».
Great business model. Save your money. These deals are not as good as they seem

She cleaned my whole house 2000 Sq feet in 3 hours. 5 stars 10 out of 10. Started at 830 she was 10 minutes early and then she started upstairs then worked around detailing everything Ronda is amazing.

Bought a Living Social promotion. Haven’t seen the house yet, but my son called to warn me how disappointed I will be when I get home — which is kinda scary, since he’s not the best housekeeper! He said the kitchen and bathrooms are ok, but the floors — YIKES! I have all hard floors — mostly hardwood. The water was only changed once while mopping roughly 2300 SF. My son sent me a picture of the dirty water from just before she left — and of the footprints left after she walked on the floor after mopping — while still wet. I am especially disappointed because I had told her before she started that I was looking for regular service, and that I especially don’t like streaks on my floors — and she left streaks and footprints — REALLY?
Won’t be asking them back. :(Disappointed — because I really would like to find a reliable service.

I just had Magic Mops over to clean my house and I was thrilled with their work. Stacy and Teresa were right on time, they were good with my dog, and they did a great job cleaning my very dusty blinds, along with the rest of my house. They offered suggestions on how to clean my wood floors and I appreciated the info. I love to support small businesses and will use them again.

I had a great experience with this service. She showed up, got it done and left. Very nice lady, good with my dogs and kind to me. I appreciated the service and the cleaning quality.

I got the Living Social deal as a way to «try out» new housekeepers. I bought a voucher for 3 hours of cleaning. Scheduling was difficult initially as I only ever got voicemail and it would take a few days to get in touch. I even tried emailing her to the address she mentions on her outgoing voicemail message. She graciously honored my voucher even though I was unable to get scheduled by the expiration date. 1 star.
She was 15 minutes late, but she did get right to work and didn’t bother me with a lot of questions. But looking around now, it appears to me that she wasn’t even here. I did not tell my husband that we had cleaning service today, and he DIDN’T EVEN NOTICE. I don’t know what she did for 2 hours. Oh yeah, the voucher was for 3 hours but she didn’t stay for 3 hours.
She does not take initiative. You have to tell her very specifically what to do, so be prepared with a detailed list. I had TO ASK her to vacuum before she left.
Here’s what I noticed after she left: She doesn’t do dishes (she said it’s a policy). She doesn’t take out the trash, she put a trash bag with the bathroom trash next to the kitchen trash on the floor. She doesn’t put dirty dishes in the sink (she wiped the counter around them and left them there). She left dirty laundry in a pile on the bathroom floor, didn’t take it to the hamper or the laundry room. She left a piece of tissue paper on the bathroom counter and cleaned around that. She left empty beer bottles on the coffee table, didn’t take them out to the recycling. She didn’t vacuum my son’s room, nor make his bed. She did not clean the inside of the microwave. She cleaned the tile floors pretty good I think. That’s about the only kudos I can give her. Now that I think about it, I should request a refund. Or maybe an opportunity to make it up to me. Regardless, I’ve have MUCH better cleaning in the past, so I know what to expect and this was an epic fail.
UPDATE: I found this after I wrote the review. I was in the bathroom, and there was a cup that my son had in there a few days ago that had some milk still in the bottom. Well by now it had curdled into a disc. She left the dirty spoiled milk cup in the bathtub and on top of that, she put my shower puff thing in the cup! I feel like I’ve been punked.

I would never recommend this cleaning company to anyone. The owner. Rhonda dropped her employee off to clean my house for 3 hrs of cleaning …(they were 30 min. Late). Her employee ran into my patio screen door and broke it. She spent 30 min of my 3 hours trying to fix the broken screen. I in formed Rhonda when she came to pick her up. After a few weeks she brought a replacement that didn’t fit. She has made arrangements to come and get the screen and pay me for a new one. and ends up canceling. She was now supposed to show up once again and I never heard from her. I now sit with a broken screen door that I will have to replace. The cleaning job was mediocre at best. Too many great companies out there to waste your money on Magic Mops.

I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance with the owner, Rhonda. Rhonda is very pleasant and professional. She came to my house 15 minutes early to set-​up. She asked what things I would like cleaned and then had me prioritize my wish list. She completed everything on my list within 3 hours. I have an 1800 sq. foot home too. What I like about Rhonda compared to other cleaning services is that she is very THOROUGH. She does an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using her in the future. My advice to you, is book early, like 3 weeks out, cause she is busy.

My husband purchased a voucher through Living Social as a gift for me and I was very excited to use it to A) get a break! and B) spruce up before our family came to visit from out of town. I didn’t have a very good first impression when I first called because the person who answered was unprofessional and answered with a simple «Hello?» so I wasn’t even sure if I had called the right number for a business. However, I continued to schedule anyway as I was more concerned with the actual cleaning than phone courtesy. Because of the popularity with the recent Living Social deal, they didn’t have any availabilities for another 2 – 3 weeks, and would still honor my voucher past the promotion date, which was great. The afternoon before my appointment, I hadn’t received a confirmation call so I had to call them to make sure that I was still on the books and that they had the correct address, as it had been some time since it was scheduled. Well, the next day, the time of my appointment came and went. No call, no one showed up. I called to find out what was going on and the same woman who I spoke with before simply said, «Something came up. One of the cleaners didn’t show up so she’s swamped. She’ll be there! She didn’t forget about you.» I asked if she could give me an approximate window, since I had to leave to pick up my kids. She said, «Oh don’t worry! Go ahead and pick them up. She probably won’t even be done by then anyway.» Btw, my original appointment was at 12:30 and I didn’t have to pick up my kids until 3. Pretty soon it was 2, 3, 4… I finally called at 4:45 and the same woman told me, «She had to come back for some more towels. She’ll be there as soon as she can.» I was scheduled for a 2 hour cleaning and already had dinner plans with our out-​of-​town family, so having the house cleaned until 7 was out of the question! I hesitantly rescheduled for another day, but ended up contacting Living Social and getting a refund as I did not want to risk going through this again. I understand that things happen sometimes, but communication was very poor, and this was a horrible first impression!

Ronda makes this company work. Always on time and flexible when I have a conflict. Her work is impeccable. Really am pleased.
