Lake Tahoe Pools

I have a positive and a negative. He was always available in the case of an emergency. The pool was always clean. The negative is that in my mind he way overcharged for any work required on the mechanicals. It happened to me twice. Shame on me.

Steve Ravizza with Lake Tahoe Pools built our pool and hot tub in 2013. I had obtained quotes and designs from several companies in Arizona, but Lake Tahoe Pools far exceeded the other companies due to several reasons. We had ideas of what we would like to have within our budget, and the other companies gave us a basic plan based on those ideas. Steve sat down with our family and explained our options, and was able to come up with ideas that far exceeded our expectations. His knowledge in every aspect of the process, from the design and how to best utilize the space we were working with, to the superior equipment and aesthetic appeal we were trying achieve, and all within our budget was outstanding. He brought us samples, pictures, and educated us on the different options that were available.
Steve was with us during every step of the build. He was here first thing every morning, making sure to introduce us to the people who were working that day, and what would be happening. He was constantly monitoring the work and made sure to be available to answer any questions we had.
I can honestly say that we have the pool and hot tub of our dreams. The wireless system that he installed connects us by computer and phone to monitor and program the features of the pool as well. I found Steve to be honest, reliable and extremely knowledgeable.
