I had to have a drug screening done for my new job and from the moment I walked in this was a horrible experience. Let me preface this with I’m a single mother with two kids and my support system consists of only my parents here in the valley. From the moment I walked through the door the cretin that calls herself Barbara was insanely rude and damn near condescending. Instead of saying, «unfortunately the kids can’t be present» and explaining their policy nicely she starts by glaring at me and looking at my children and saying «we can’t give you your drug test today» and seeing that I was thrown back and confused thinking maybe they weren’t doing that today said «why?». She said my kids couldn’t go with me by law… Uh yeah terrible parents ruin it for all but it’s ok, it takes all of a minute to pee in a cup so I say, «it’s ok I won’t take them to the restroom with me». She again gets snarky and say «WE WONT WATCH THEM»… I’m not asking for that… But I explained further that right now there’s no place for them to be because my only support system (my mom) was in an accident Sunday and the girls would sit still. She continued to be rude until I handed my keys to my oldest and had her take the little one to the car… The cretin then responds with her higher than mighty tone «well if that’s what you’re going to do.»
It’s a good thing they make you wait forever to pee in a cup because at least it let me have time to forewarn people… Labcorp always sucks but go to a different one just so you don’t have to deal with the one they call Barbara.

Rude people working the counter. Never answered the phone as I tried for the entire morning to call and make an appointment. Place is a complete dump!

This place is awful. I’ve been here two hours and they’ve been telling me «ten more minutes» for the last hour. I have to piss so bad but I can’t cuz it’ll only be ten more minutes.
Fuck this place

BAD BAD! I was there yesterday for a pre-​employment screening, first of all when i got there, the front desk was empty and nobody cared to ask what I needed. I took a seat and 10min later someone else comes and goes to the front desk and they put their names on a list, then i figured i needed to put my name, even tho i put i was there BEFORE them (because they ask the hour on the paper) i was not taken-​in until after them.
Like 40min after i arrived it was my time to go in and the not friendly lady asks me to put my purse on a box, and my purse didnt fit, she tells me i cant leave it on the counter or outside unless someone takes care of it for me, so i had to walk to my car put it in and when i got back i waited for another moment, after that the lady took my sample and she seemed very bitter, which is «understanble» up to one point because they must deal with a lot of cranky drug users, but anyways i dont think is the way to do it.
Long history short i waited like 1 hour, worst customer service ever, not friendly, never coming back!

The office was pretty empty at 10:30 AM midweek, but I had made an appointment. They still took the other two people already sitting there first before me even though it was 10:30 and neither of them had an appointment. Only an extra 10 minute wait. The box where you put your valuables though was nasty and dirty and full of curly hairs. I have no idea how that got in the box. Of course I said something and she half cleaned it. Otherwise, a smooth process and results came back in only three hours.

Not only has this company closed almost all of the drug screening locations except for ones far away, but the ones that are open have strange hours and are poorly staffed. It took over 2 hours to get screened because there was one technician for over 50 people. If you are going to close that many locations, properly staff the remaining… awful…

These people don’t even try. They close all the surrounding labcorps on Saturday and leave this one open and very poorly staffed. I get there as soon as they open and two and a half hours later they finally get to me. This is just rude. If you do not want to staff the place to handle the crowd, then DON’T OPEN ON SATURDAY AND TORTURE PEOPLE.

Made my appointment online at 8am. Show up a few minutes before 8am and I’m out by 8:15am! I cut in front of 2 people. I would recommend making an appt!
The guy the took me back was nice and knew what he was doing. I don’t like getting things taken out of me. they are inside for a reason: p But it didn’t hurt. In and OUT! Great place since I have UHC! Make sure they take your insurance before getting there!
