Kristeen’s studies in Psychology began at the age of thirteen as she immersed herself in the nature of human behavior. In 2005, she continued her education in Clinical Psychology at the University of Phoenix.

Years later, she found herself thirsting for a more natural approach to alleviating pain and trauma. Kristeen transferred to the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts where she became certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy and earned her AOS Degree in Holistic Healthcare/​Mind-​Body Transformational Psychology..
