If you are looking for a attorney to defend you DO NOT call Knowles law firm. I paid $ 500 for a so called attorney and got a law student «I not informed he was a law student» to fight a traffic ticket and he could not win an argument with a child. What I was provided was a kid according to his linked in page still in law school and a clerk in another law firm. He could not follow up on questions he asked, he stammered through the whole hearing. We were the laughing stock of the court room. I bet the judge even laughed after we walked out. I would not advise anyone to call this firm and if you do if they give you and get Jeffrey P. Grynkewich walk out because you will get screwed. I also wanted to add that Jeffrey did not bring up any points that we had talked about or any point to the judge that I had requested he bring up. He ignored everything I said.

I did not have a good experience… I was assigned a DUI attorney (call him BOB) who did not do his job properly at all. Long story short, my case got dropped without prejudice due to the officer never showing up to my court dates. After about 2 months, my case got re-​opened. BOB said that since my case got a new case number, that his contract with me was null. He asked me to pay him the full amount AGAIN if I wanted him to continue to represent me – and remember, this was the SAME case. I ended up getting a public defender since I obviously could not afford the entire cost of the lawyer again. And the public defender, who is also a private attorney, informed me that what BOB at Knowles Law Firm did to me, trying to charge me again for the same issue, was extremely unethical and that he would never condone such a business practice. Additionally, BOB was a terrible lawyer. Every time we met he acted like he had not even touched my case since the last time. He also missed some very important details and descrepancies in the case that my GIRLFRIEND (who has zero experience with law) pointed out. My girlfriend offered more support and legal advice than he did. He never called me to clarify details or update me on the case. I only got to communicate with him during the rushed few minutes before court appearances. I credit my girlfriend for being the one to explain to the lawyer all of the hardships that the delays in the case were causing us, which ended up allowing us to get it dismissed without prejudice the first time around! Why didn’t the lawyer think of that? Additionally, because of his negligence, I will now be incurring SR 22 insurance costs monthly because he failed to inform me that if I accepted a license suspension in the past, I wouldn’t have to worry about this in the future. Now it is too late. And as icing on the cake, the people at Knowles were extremely difficult to get in touch with and often didn’t respond to emails and my requests for assistance. In short, I wish I had not given this firm 5000 dollars of my money (which I am bitterly paying small amounts of every month) because they did nothing for me. My free court appointed attorney has been much more knowledgable and effective and supportive than these people.
