King Windshields

$ 800 damage to my dashboard that the installers did to my car. Yes — I am in your database mr. Owner. I spoke with you on the phone. Made a claim to my insurance. Later to find out that the molding came off the side windshield AND a piece of molding is missing in the t-​tops that was never re-​attached.
I had a VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE with this company. This seems to be a pattern where damage is done but there always seems to be an excuse… Read reviews from others.

These guys are by far the best Windshield Company in the Valley. My Honda Ridgeline is a rock magnet and I have had 4 Windshields replaced in the 3 years of owning it. Every one done by King. They’re always on time, Fast (20 – 30 minutes), and do a great job, plus if you use your insurance they give you a $ 100 Bill — Way Cool!

Needed a new windshield. Got a flyer for a cash bonus if I used them. What more incentive do you need. They were on time, polite, and gave me the cash at the end. Couldn’t have been a smoother process. Will use again.

If I could give minus stars I would. I should have listened when my insurance company told me they were not a preferred provider and recommended I go with another company after the customer service representative at King assured me they were. I naively trusted them with my vehicle and after returning my windshield was shoddily repaired– my sunglass visor was left hanging down and broken. No note, no phone call, no email– just an invoice stuffed between the seat and the gear shift and the broken holder section on the passenger floorboard. I don’t know why the tech messed with it or of he was trying to place the invoice inside, but it was perfectly fine before. Of course I called immediately and took pictures and they stated they would have someone out to repair it the next day. I explained multiple times this was a piece specific to me vehicle, and asked how they would repair it and I was assured multiple times they would. I asked to have a manager or one call me first thing in the morning to confirm. I spoke with the manager who asked me to email pictures so I did, and she said she would have someone call me. Spoke with one of the owners who stated he looked at the pictures and he doesn’t believe they caused the damage and refused to fix it and told me to call my insurance. Really?!! I couldn’t even drive the vehicle with the visor hanging down blocking my rear view so I had to hold it up with one hand, and then had to tape it up so it would stay. So very disappointing that they are so dishonest and have such little integrity. Luckily my insurance company sent an inspector out the day before and saw there was no damage. In addition, if it had previously been broken it would’ve been noted on the damage inspection done by King especially when «dark stains on the headliner» was listed. Save yourself the pain and frustration of dealing with a disreputable company and have your windshield repaired by someone else. *WOW– this owner’s response is unbelievable and utterly dishonest. You only offered to replace the part that was broken by your tech AFTER my insurance company contacted you and ONLY with the stipulation that I remove my negative review. I refused to do so based on principal and integrity of which you clearly have none.* STAY AWAY from this business!

It has more to do with you guys having your employees review your company, rude workers, including yourself, leaking windshield, broken rear view mirror, sorry that you don’t like what I have to say but it’s not worth more then 1 star, it’s a genius business idea to give everyone 100 bucks to keep quiet tho and ask for reviews before work is fomp

Love this company. They literally made my bad luck turn into good fortune! I have no idea how many windshields I had to get replaced in the last two years, but I have definitely had more than my fair share, and each time it was a hassle. Until this time.
I heard a radio ad on KOOL the same day I got a 16″ crack in my windshield…$ 100 in my pocket to have the King replace my windshield? Yes, please.
I told my insurance company I wanted to go with King Windshields, and I received THE BEST customer service, from scheduling to installation. AND, I got paid.
The next time my windshield cracks (and there will be a next time), it won’t put me in a bad mood… I know these guys will take care of me.

They came right to my work and installed it super quick! They even included the eye brow tint on the front window as an added bonus! They were super easy and wonderful to work with! We will always use them again!!!

I rarely write reviews, but this company is amazing. I had an issue with my windshield molding starting to come off. I had never been to Kings before, but I called them after googling windshield repair.
Amanda answered my call and checked with the technicians who wanted me to bring it right in. Everyone there was so sweet.
The tech saw the issue, pulled my car around and fixed it immediately. …they were so nice and so quick. Good people here. They will have my business for all future issues.

Decided to try this company out after seeing their flyers and their service trucks that looked professional. We had a flyer for $ 100 cash so of course that was a big incentive too!
Made an appointment, they had my car in promptly, and the new windshield care was explained thoroughly.
FRONT DESK STAFF — staff (blonde lady) was real friendly and made my experience great. Due to a misunderstanding, I had accidently ordered the wrong windshield for my car, but she didn’t make me feel stupid and explained that it happens all the time. I received the windshield that I had originally had, so everything was all good!
WAITING ROOM — tons of magazines! Coffee. Soda machine coming soon. Free WiFi. Windows to watch your car while they replace it.
WAITING TIME — ~30 minutes
I’d recommend to anyone and come back again, if needed.

I had two windshields replaced by them and both went flawlessly no issues what so ever. The first time they came to my house they were on time and did a great job the second time I brought my car into their shop very polite and courteous staff. They got my car in right away for my appointment time. Looks great

I had 2 windshields replaced one on my honda element and one on my kia soul the element windshield leaks andon the soul they broke 2 windshields and 1 set of windshield trim before it was finally done and where the fenders meet the trim they scratched the paint like the used it as a pry off point and they refuse to do anything about it

my first experience getting a windshield replaced. Let me tell you Kings did a fantastic job and I cant complain about pricing. I got the best price for the glass and labor. I shopped around and this place not only responded quick but the replacement was even quicker. Im satisfied and they’ll have my business in the near future should anymore boo-​boos occur to either one my vehicles.

They installed a windshield in my truck and it not only leaked, it was patially covering vin number on bottom from improper placement. The owner talks down to customers, he actually was doing that on the phone to someone while I was waiting to see him, then he did the same to me. I should of read the reviews first…
Stay away there are just to many glass companys out there with 5 star reviews to take a chance with these jokesters.
The owner is a terrible business man, no customer should ever be treated the way I was.
I would kick my windshield out and go without before I let them ever touch my vehicle again…

Awesome. Zero complaints. Got a coupon in ValuPak, Ended up with a 2 foot crack from a rock on the 202 and worked with their Mesa office to get scheduled. She told me I’d also get 2 Harkins passes if I came to their shop, on top of the $ 80 cash, so I did. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The place was clean, the staff friendly, the work professional and I’ve got 80 bucks and 2 movie passes to boot!

Owning the 4 cars we have gotten the occasional chip on the windshields. You head on over, let them know, they literally have you in and out within a 10 minute period. I honestly cant say enough good things about this place! Any negative reviews has to be other windshield places. Because this guy, if you’re not happy he WANTS TO MAKE IT RIGHT! I promise you, you will NOT EVER be disappointed.
Our other young adult who lives along the coast, got a major chip. I called around, since it was in another state, the cheapest place would fix it for $ 79.95!!! She’ll be driving her car home for thanksgiving so I can have King replace the windshield. Really, you’re not going to know unless you give them a try. You’ll see what I’m talking about. I WANT the small business person to succeed. I’m tired of giving our money to major places. #buylocal Thanks again guys! You have us for LIFE!

Phenomenal experience! King made time for me to come into their shop within a day. Very fast service and so easy. They kept their promise of paying me an incentive to do the work and even threw in a couple of movie tickets. Facilities were clean and first class as well. Well appointed waiting area with a direct view of the working garage so you know what they are doing to your vehicle.

Two broken windshield in less than six months. the rocks on the Arizona freeway #thestruggles. King Windshields, great customer service two times in a row. Really fast service and in addition to that, they follow up with the insurance to get the claim approved in an amazingly short amount of time. Definitely will be using this company for many broken glass to come for as long as I live here.

Amazing! I needed a new windshield because of course in the state of AZ you are bound to get a rock hitting it at least once or twice a year. I got an advertisement in Val Pak from them so I called them up. I spoke with Dan who conferenced in my insurance company USAA. The whole call took 5 minutes to get an approval and they scheduled me immediately for the next day between 10 – 11 am.
At 10:30 Tyler called me he was by my car, he fixed the windshield in less than hour, I’d say 30 – 40 minutes and everything is perfect. I highly recommend you call these people for windshield replacement. It had to be the easiest thing I have ever done. I am a very satisfied customer.

Just had my new windshield installed by King and I am very impressed by their company! I called yesterday afternoon to see if I could schedule something, and she got me in this morning! Woman over the phone was very professional and polite. I was given a one hour time frame of 10 – 11 and wouldn’t you know it, the installer showed up right at 10 am.
The install took less than 45 minutes and my windshield looks great. Shoutout to the installer; he was friendly, fast and efficient!
