Dr. Cook and the staff are great. I always feel so comfortable and I have never had a problem with any of my appointments. I used to dread going to the dentist but Dr Cook is so gentle I don’t mind my appointments. It makes it much easier to keep my mouth healthy. I highly recommend Cook Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Dr Cook and staff are fantastic. From the first visit to now I have absolutely no complaints. Would recommend thi office to anyone looking for a great dentist in Mesa.

I have never been disappointed at any visit and they are very affordable with my insurance. The ladies at the front are always very sweet and greet me with a smile on
their faces. Dr. Cook is always great and is the first dentist I’ve found that I actually don’t dread but enjoy going to.

It finally happened, I needed to get my first root canal. I was a little anxious as I have never heard anything but bad news about a root canal. Dr. Cook was great and explained how it would work and what would actually happen. What a surprise it was to me. It took longer than a filling but it wasn’t very painful. I have had fillings with other dentists that hurt more than this. I kept expecting it to get worse and it didn’t. His assistant and the front desk folks were fun and made me feel comfortable as well.

Dr. Keven Cook is way too ruff, he yelled at me and also shook my head non stop during procedures when I was in pain… sir you have 5 tools in my mouth and are shouting at me??? Seriously! He was very impatient and intolerant of the fact that whatever he was Doing caused me pain.
I always left his office absolutely miserable
Also recently found out that the root canal he did was not done right and got a serious raging infection that nearly paralyzed me with pain. Had to have the root canal re-​done and re-​treated
He Removed a tooth that was only supposed to be crowned– already had a root canal done on it and was give for 12 years! Low and behold this man decided to pull the tooth and advised I get an implant!
Another crown he put on was leaking and came off after only 4 months
and among other things he sutured my cheek and gum together so they were fused together, when I told him about it he was not very interested or worried… had to have it separated by laser.
I cannot express enough how angry and hurt I am that I was taken advantage of for money. It definitely guarantees return business if you constantly have to return.
I chose to never return again and I am considering my options
— I am in shock that this man is still in business he seriously disfigured me and is costing me a ton of money and most importantly unnecessary pain
