Born In Wisconsin, Karen migrated to the beautiful Southwest in 1997. Mother of 3 and grandmother of 5, Karen has pursued her education in the area of holistic medicine, including hypnotherapy, energy healing, nutrition, myofascial bodywork, reflexology, reiki, lymphatic drainage therapy, and polarity. She has been established in the the East Valley since 1998 and continues to learn new tools, modalities and advancements that can assist her in serving her clients to balance and enhance their lives so that they may live a fuller, more productive life.
