I live in new York and bought my car from jba motors. Since buying the car sight unseen, I just want to say this has got to be the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Jake and Dylan are great guys who helped me through the car buying process. They even set up the shipping for me! First of all the 130+ pics that was posted online gave me the confidence to know that the car was flawless. When the car arrived to ny it was exactly how I pictured the car to be. I cannot be more happier with my bmw convertible. I have a smile on my face everyday driving my beauty. I never write posts online but I have to compliment JBA Motors because buying a used car shouldn’t always be an unpleasant experience. As long as these guys are around I will never buy another car from anywhere else. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Picked up my coupe here, they have the freshest inventory I’ve done seen! Walking around the dealership I thought I was in an exotic museum in Dubai! Jake was wonderful, will return when I can afford a Lambo as my fiancé will not quit nagging me now!

So I had a decision to make. I had to back out of another vehicle opportunity due to some unforeseen circumstances. Once it cleared up, I was about to bounce back on the deal, but then saw another car… at another dealer. JBA Motors.
Total class act here. You can tell the second you walk in the front office door, you are going to be treated like a real customer.
Jeff took me straight to the car I wanted, and while I sat in it and got comfy, he had some cars moved so that I could test drive the one I wanted. The fact that I had to walk past a few Lambo’s and Bentleys to get to my car was reassuring :)
The way they handle test drives is 100% professional.
I had to make a deposit, to hold the car, while I waited for funds.
Jeff had no problem with this, and was very considerate, and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process.
Overall, excellent experience.

We were in AZ looking at colleges for my youngest daughter. Stopped by to say hi and look at the cars Jake had. We wanted a GLK 350 that was «sold», had a deposit. I told Jake to let me know if it «fell through» as we wanted it for my daughter. Come Monday, Jake called and asked if I wanted it. Car arrived better than I remembered it and we love it.
This is our second purchase from Jake and I will say, there will be more in the future.
He has great cars and is very fair in his pricing.

However, he was very prompt and very professional in responding. When I received the car, it was EXACTLY the way it was described. I just purchased an MB E350 2 days ago and this by far is the smoothest car transaction ever. Within 10 min of walking in, Jake handed me the keys for a test drive, by myself! No salesman giving you a pitch while driving which allowed me to focus on checking out the car.
We discussed price and agreed right there and then. None of the hassle of going through the layers of managers at other car dealers to agree on the price.
Total time spent from test drive to getting keys 1.5 hours. And none of the headache of dealing with multiple sales people and finance managers.
Such a great experience my brother is now purchasing from JBA as well as I am typing this. Cool eh.

Jake was great to work with and made my purchase of a BMW 650i easy. I had it checked out upon arrival and found only one small thing wrong with it.

I just purchased a car from JBA Motors and it was an easy and no hassle sale. I called before going to their showroom to confirm the car was still there and available. The staff stated it was but cautioned me that their inventory changes by the minute in some cases. It wasn’t a gimmick as when I was finalizing the contract with Jake another buyer came in to purchase the same car and actually waited in the lobby until he was sure I was going to complete the sale. I worked with Jake and he made it very simple. When I pulled up they had pulled the car out and it was all cleaned up and ready to look at. I gave them a copy of my license and jumped in so that I could test drive the car. It drove exactly as I had hoped. As soon as I got back we started the paperwork. Jake was helpful in securing a competitive rate for the finance and had me in and out of there in a couple of hours. Anyone who has bought a car knows that’s a quick turn. I’ve now had the car almost a week and I love it more each day. I highly recommend JBA Motors if your looking for a quality used car.

Professional dealership with the most luxurious and exotic cars Arizona has to offer!

Be aware of this Dealer ! Sold me a piece of crap car that I had to invest another $ 4,500 a month after I purchased a car from them ! They’re such a scam very shady to deal with ! Biggest mistake of my life was purchasing a car from this dealer ! Jake barely responds to your needs .
Do yourself a favor do not buy from this dealer believe me you’re going to get burned !
The add was amazing and he never told me about the problems that the car had ! Since we were in different states and miles away I couldn’t do much !

Jake was super helpful in the whole process of me purchasing a 2013 CLS63! I had a lot of questions about the car, I mean who wouldn’t right? Especially buying a car you never seen or was able to test drive. It was super scary for me but like the rest after speaking with him, I felt more confident. The process took a bit longer because I financed through my Credit Union back home in the East Coast so it felt like forever me to even get the car. Not Jake’s fault at all, he was super patient! =) I do have say I did ask if there were in rock marks or dings which there was (wear and tear) and he said no other than that it was perfect! I will definitely buy from him again! He really is wonderful!!! Buy from JBA Motors! you will not regret it!

I hate to do this and write so bad of review but I guess I have no choice.
I purchase a car from jba motors in Arizona jake Blackman which he is the owner talked to me several times about 2008 BMW X6 he price it out at $ 32 000 and when I asked him why so much more then what I see out there he said it has lots of upgrades one of the upgrades that he said that he SUV has is Hamman body kit which later I found to be a very cheap fiberglass kit that you buy for 700 bucks not even close to be Hamman kit but that’s still a minor part.
I asked him how is the car since I don’t see it face-​to-​face and his answer was don’t worry the car is perfect everything is perfect no issues whatsoever.
When I got the car delivered I started to notice of All The issues with it.
The front seats doesn’t fully functional.
Then I saw that the «Hamman» bumper doesn’t sits rite and seems like a bad paint job.
I took it to one of my body shop best friend.
He take the bumper off and started laughing. Whoever install that bumper he said was working as a drywall guy since the bumper was installed with drywall screws and all the front fenders holes to hold the bumper ripped off.
The front bumper protector was bend like the car went into a tree.
I contact the dealer but no replay since then.
Now on top of the purchase amount I need to spend another $ 3500 on buying 2 new fenders, front bumper protection and fix the front bumper then paint all front and back bumper in a professional way
So for all of u guys that wants to buy an online used car like I did since I live in California DO NOT buy from jba motors he is not a reliable seller as u can see I end up paying $ 31 500 plus $ 3500 that’s $ 35 000 that I could buy 2012×6.
So pls all buyers out there. Look very good before u buying.

Just purchased a car from JBA Motors and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It’s usually so stressful buying a car that I would rather just keep driving my old clunker for another year and that’s what I’ve been doing for the last 10 years. Finally I broke down and went to JBA, it was unlike anything I have ever experienced with respect to buying a car. No pressure, no stress, just great down to earth people trying to be helpful. If you just want to wander around and look at cars they will leave you alone and let you do your thing. If you have a question they are happy to help. It felt like I was at a friends house rather than a beautiful showroom. These guys are setting the bar for what the whole experience should be and I’ll be back again that’s for sure.
I would also like to thank the team at JBA for all your help and patience with my 150 questions. You guys are terrific! No I’m not a friend, family member just a very happy customer!

My experience with Jake was the best car buying experience I’ve had. He is very busy, but yet extremely responsive by email. He is CLEAR up front that he doesn’t hold cars without a non-​refundable deposit, and if you spend an hour at the facility you’ll see why. Lots of calls and offers being placed on cars constantly. He allowed me to take a Porsche Turbo over to a mechanic of my choice, run a full over report, and even gave me a copy of a prior report that had been run to consider. Within 2 hours we had agreed on a price and 15 minutes later I was driving away with my new car.
Highly recommended for people who know what car they are looking for and are able to make decisions in a short time-​frame.

Purchased my Mercedes SL55 from this dealer 2 years ago and finally got around to write a review, I had a smooth experience with zero hiccups, the car was super clean and was better then described. They know their stuff about certain out of state sales regarding to collect sales tax or not, since I did not pick up the car and from California they knew not to collect sales tax. I tried to buy a truck from another dealer in Florida and they would not complete the exact same type of purchase unless they charged me sales tax which I argued back and forth that I will be paying the sales tax here in my state myself which I have done with many of my out of state purchases before. JBA made it stress free since they knew everything regarding taxes. Great knowledgeable and respectful crew.

This was my first experience buying a vehicle over the internet. Jake and Dylan made it a very easy transaction. Dylan worked to get me a great interest rate on my loan, they took care of all the necessary paperwork for my tax and license fees in Colorado and got me on the road quickly. I would have opted to have the truck delivered to me in CO but I have family in AZ so I took advantage of the opportunity to pick the truck up and have some time to visit with them. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, I will start my search with JBA Motors first.
