Wayne has been representing individuals and families in personal injury, medical malpractice and workers compensation cases for over 30 years. He is a certified specialist in injury and wrongful death litigation, certified since 1998 by the State Bar of Arizona. I attended Brigham Young University, graduating summa cum laude in 1975. In 1981 I graduated from ASU’s law school. After graduation I went to work for and became a partner in the Ely Bettini Ulman Insana and Turley law firm in Phoenix. I have always had a Plaintiff personal injury practice, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, construction site accidents, government and school liability claims, wrongful death claims, premises liability and product injury claims. I have also represented exclusively injured workers in workers compensation claims since 1982. I am AV rated by Martindale-​Hubbell, the highest professional rating available. I am a member of the Utah Association of Justice (UAJ) and the American Association of Justice (AAJ). I represent many professional athletes in workers compensation claims.
