Iron Mantis Pest Control

This seems to be a company to avoid!
They were in the neighborhood today and asked if we’d like to sign up for their service. I mentioned we already had pest control and the guy talked to us about trying their service to compare. I provided payment for the service to be done next week and then I look at my email and it’s not a one-​time payment agreement, but a 12-​month service contract. Talk about shady business practices.

Iron mantis has done pest control at our new home for a full year now. That are great and I only see dead bugs. I like that they offer inside outside option each service. We only have them spray outside but it’s nice to be offered additional services at the same cost.

A few months ago I called Iron Mantis for help with the crazy population of pigeons perched on the roof of my house. the next day the tech came back and in a humane fashion put up barriers on my home and a tension wire. Wow what an improvement! Will definitely call them again. Very professional, respectful and just over all a nice experience. Would def recommend this company to anyone!

This company has always done an outstanding job. They take care of my home, my parent’s home, and many of my friends homes. Their tech’s are knowledgeable with the products that they use. Thanks for being a great company.

I recommend this company if you don’t have crickets or spiders. If you do have these everyday bugs Beware of upsell (additional $ 125 for special service) gave them numerous attempts to rectify the situation and no results. Apparently the stuff they use isn’t strong enough so they said they would have to use a different method hence the up charge. I don’t live on a farm or anything like that were there are excessive pests. I live in a normal community with everyday household pests.

I can see why Iron Mantis receives so many 5 out of 5 stars reviews. The technicians arrived on time, did a walk through of the whole property with me and pointed out the area of concerns regarding the termite infestation and explained the plan of treatment. The technicians were thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Do your research like I did on the computer regarding the type of chemical used, price, extent of the warranty and reviews and you will come to the same conclusion as I did and hire Iron Mantis. Poor customer service, would not recommend this company at all took care of my friends, said it was awful and not done right

I called Iron Mantis on Saturday ¹⁰⁄₁₀ after finding spiders on the outside of my home. The guy I talked to on the phone was very nice and professional and he explained all of the policies and procedures. He got me scheduled a couple of days out. Jeremy, the technician came to my home and again explained exactly what he was going to do. The process was fast, easy, and I no longer have spiders on the exterior of my home. Very professional and friendly business.

Very thorough and conscientious. They spray everything and more. They also remove spider webs and ask about problems. They will come out an additional time if there is ever any problem. They are prompt and send emails to let you know they are coming when they have finished.

We have been using Iron Mantis for well over a year now and have been very happy with the service provided. I love that they send an email showing the date and time they are scheduled to arrive and I like that I can email them with any requests prior to them showing. Just today they took care of the over abundance of crickets and spiders we have been seeing outside of our house and garage. Even took care of a scary black widow we had living under an outside pillar– yikes! I would definitely recommend Iron Mantis to everyone. Quick, reliable service at a fair cost– really can’t be beat!

They have been servicing my house in Tempe, Arizona for a little over a year. Very friendly and do amazing work. We used to find 10 – 15 scorpions a month inside our immediately after they started service amount of scorpions we saw started decreasing. It’s now been months since we have had one inside.

Iron Mantis has been quick to help with whatever pest needs we have around the house. They are always on time and the service is autonomous which is my favorite part.

I have been with Iron Mantis for over a year now. They have always been on time for service and ask if there are any specific pests that we have seen to treat for. They will come between service if you notice any pests, although I haven’t needed to do that. Their customer service has been great the few times I have needed to call them.

Iron Mantis has done a wonderful job staying on top of any and all pest control issues we have had. With new construction going up all around, things are constantly being stirred up and they are always there to take care of it.

Great service. Every other company I called had an answering machine and said they would call me back. Who needs that. Kevin answered and took care of our mice problem that day. He was going to come a few days later, but when I said I could live in my house with mice, he fit me in. I would highly recommend Iron MantisPest Control? We just moved here from the Midwest and we were having problems with Pharaoh ants and spiders. Being a Midwest girl, I am not use to dealing with these Arizona bugs. We had used a previous exterminator for a couple of months and that service didn’t seem to address the problems we were having. My neighbor suggest that I call Iron Mantis.
I am glad I did. They came right out. They sprayed and put bait and graduates out for the ants which the other company didn’t do. they also put sticky traps in my garages for spiders and scorpions which the other company didn’t do. I feel like that have covered all the bases and we aren’t seeing the activity like we did before.
The other pest control company also didn’t put on their receipt what they were spraying and what they were doing. Iron Mantis does! I feel like I am now getting the service I am paying for and the results I want.
