Impact Auto Body and Service King on Baseline didn’t bother to return my calls, so I didn’t have high hopes when I noticed Invision and stopped in after a trip to Walmart. I have an older 4runner that needed to have the seat mount re-​welded to the floor. My truck was done the next day and Invision did a great job at a very fair price. Justin Kemper was a likeable fellow and he did exactly everything he said he would. The ladies at the counter could not have been nicer. It was obvious that this is a very busy and very well-​run shop. If you need a body shop I suggest you not waste any time looking around, this is the place.

A wonderful experience. Robert started the conversation with a few words that changed my whole week. He asked how I was doing. I was floored by the honest care and respect. Words cannot express how thankful I am for ALL of you, very friendly from my first hello from Karen and the wonderful Chuck, very kind honest people. Thank you for everything!

Just left my car here to get repaired. I was apprehensive because you never know with car shops if you’ll get good customer service and no BS. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of respect I was given. So far so good. Will follow up once I get my car back.

Excellent from start to finish. Kent gave me an estimate which came in right on (no hidden fees). Work also was terrific. My truck was keyed badly after repair can’t even notice. This shop was wonderful, will definitely go back to have other work done when needed.

They did a great job in labor and work on the vehicle. Although it was a fight to get a manufacture part instead of an aftermarket part purchased and installed. I don’t entirely blame Invision Auto Body service but being a State Farm Approved service center, more communication and better understanding of the vehicle they were servicing should had been done. Overall, the communication aligned and the service resulted to 4-​stars.

Happy happy happy! It always sucks to get in an accident and have to deal with getting a car fixed. They were fast and easy lol! They set up an appointment exactly when I requested, I showed up and they took me right away. The car was ready in 4 days which was amazing. Other times I have had my car repaired it took a lot more time than this did. The job is well done and I have no complaints. The customer service was great, they kept me updated and took care of all the communication with my insurance. They made sure to call the rental car company to get me a ride. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have used this body shop 3 times now and have been impressed with the results each time. They have very high workmanship standards and do excellent work. Their customer service is unparalleled. Jim kept in touch with me during each step of the process. With the most recent repair, there was a significant amount of work needed because I was rear ended and pushed into a car in front of me. Jim kept me informed throughout the 2 weeks they had my car and I was confident that everything was being done to maximize my benefit from this accident in which I was not at fault. When I got my car back it was perfect! And they had detailed it as well. I felt like I was driving a brand new car. They have an excellent warranty as well. Don’t go anywhere else! This is the best place for auto body repairs!

Over the years we’ve had auto body repairs on our vehicles completed four or five times at Invision Auto Body. We’ve never had a bad experience. The customer service is unparalleled. They also stand by their warranty too. We once had a minor issue with our paint after a repair and they promptly got in the shop and fixed it with no fuss. On recent repairs we’ve worked with Robert and Kent. Both are excellent at communication and making sure everything is perfect when the vehicle is ready to go home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Invision for all your auto body repairs.

Wow! I am floored by the service! From setting up an appointment, to return time to get my car back. .. great, great, great! An individual rear-​ended my car and did some damage to my quarter panel and alignment. The estimate was quick and painless. I set up a time to have the car fixed. When I dropped it off, the receptionist contacted Enterprise and explained Invision would contact me with updates. Jim would contact me to let me know there was more damage and they needed to send another quote. I never felt out of the loop. But, the results for the car were unbelievable! They washed my car, vacuumed it out. .. smelled like a brand new car! I am so pleased with the results. These guys are great. Now, I certainly don’t want to have to visit them again because that would mean I would need some car repair. but they would be front runners for any type of aesthetic repair. Thank you so much Invision!

Jim was incredible and he had my Honda Odyssey, looking like new, and it was done in a day, by the nicest, friendliest guy ever! The price was right and I had fun talking about junkyards, pick a part places, which still exist!!! The final result was a work of art!

got my vehicle fixed at invision and recieved a bad job, wiring was called a fire hazard by the dealer, nothing was lined up properly, D+ paintjob at best, items taken off were not put back properly and nobody from managment double checked that anything was done properly or i would not have gotten it back so bad, these people not only drop the ball they dont even pick it up. save your time and money

I am so happy that I chose Invision Auto Body to fix my car after a motorist hit my front fender. You know how every time we take our vehicles to get fixed etc. and the company always never has it done in a timely manner. well they did a great job and was done at the time they promised. Plus my car had lights burnt out on the back out lights and they were replaced free, My car was detailed too. We are very pleased. Thank You Invision Auto Body… Pam Pierson

I was very impressed with my experience at Invision, from start to finish. This was my first experience with an auto body shop, so I wasn’t really sure how the whole process worked, but everyone at Invision made me feel comfortable and confident about my choice — from the first person I spoke to on the phone to the one I met with to get my estimate. Very friendly, unassuming, low-​pressure people.
One great thing about the shop is their level of communication. I brought my car in on a Monday, with a guess that it would be done on Friday. I got a call on Wednesday with a brief update, which I appreciated, and my car was done on Friday, as expected. I also got a thank you card about a week later. A little much? Maybe. But still nice.
The work they did looks great, and the inside of the car got a good cleaning, too. There was a rather strong smell (maybe from the paint?) that stuck around for a few days, but I’m sure there wasn’t really anything that could be done about it.
I will say this — I’m not sure about their prices compared to other auto body shops. I was involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault so the other party’s insurance was responsible for the repairs, so we chose a shop based on location and personal recommendations, rather than price. But, like I said, this is the only experience I’ve had with auto body repairs, and we didn’t shop around, so for all I know, they might be the cheapest in town.
Overall, my experience with the shop was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
