By far the best glass company I have ever used! The last two times it’s been their tech, Fred. Hands down the best in the biz. He truly cares about what he does! They call before they are going to arrive and do what they say! I had another gentleman from their company named Steve a couple times and he was just as great! Nothing but the best from this company and their techs! Highly recommend!

2 weeks ago my car was accidentally backed into at a baseball game. Instead of taking off, the person left me a note apologizing and asking me to call them so they could take care of the repair. I had my twin 11 year old boys with me and it was such a great teaching lesson on how I would expect them to act with this same type of integrity. Turns out this person was Doug, the owner of a company called Integrity Auto Glass. It’s one thing to name your company Integrity but something completely different to actually have Integrity! Two weeks later, my car is fixed perfectly and just this morning, we used this company to replace the windshield on my wife’s vehicle. Scheduling was easy, the installer was very friendly and did a great job! This company and the people who represent it definitely have my glowing recommendation!

Have turned to Integrity Auto Glass several times for windshield replacements and have been very happy with the service every time. Dependable, courteous, professional and timely. We currently have a couple of windshields that need replacing and we will be going with them once again.

Just had my winshield replaced recently by this company. Very professional from start to finish. I set the appointment over the phone with a lady named Emily I beieve was her name. Very courteous, polite and professional. I was very pleased with her kindness over the phone.
Daniel was the installer, a few days later. He called me ahead of time which was very nice. He was also very professional and courteous. We chit chatted while he installed the windshield. He made it look so simple, and I could see he was experienced and really knew what he was doing. A very nice guy.
I even received a gift card when he was done installing. Can’t beat that either. Daniel went over instructions after installation very thoroughly.
I could have chosen any company in the valley but I have heard nothing but good about this company. I was very pleased and satisfied with my experience with Integrity!

Just had my windshield replaced and the staff was very professional and did a great job! My windshield looks perfect and it was a big plus they came right to my home!

So irritated with this company!!! We got our windshield replaced almost 2 months ago and have yet to see this $ 80 gift card that was promised to us. When we called last week the guy said they sent it over a month ago. He said someone would be checking on it and would call us back. Still no call. Please dont offer things if you don’t plan on following through!!!

Gary Bradley and his staff of installers are great. Prompt, easy to work with, and they come to you and work around your schedule. They did a quick job of replacing the windshield on my wife’s minivan while she was at work. A very reliable group.

Ray was our technician; came to our home and was great. Professional service from the moment we called to request a new windshield to Ray coming out and doing the job. And thank you for the gift card!

My windshield was cracked almost all the way across and I had been avoiding trying to fix it because I was quoted anywhere from $ 1200 to $ 1400 to replace it, or approaching $ 1600 to replace at the dealership. I was given a price by Integrity Auto Glass that was about half of the quote that I received from the first places I had looked.
The men who worked on my car were able to promptly replace the windshield. A few months later, it was raining and the automatic rain sensor went out. I spoke with Carly on the phone and she was able to get the technician out the following morning to get the sensor replaced! They have been very great to work with and responsive to all of my questions.
I give them an A+.

Everything about Integrity is great. they answer the phone with a knowledgeable person. they take care of the insurance claim quickly. they have available times that work for anyone’s schedule. They sent the best auto glass technician, Fred, to my work to fix the window. Fred fixed it right the first time and was great. Not that I want a broken glass, but it happens so much here in Arizona, at least I know that this company will be back again and again with great service and a great technician.

I agree with Doug who wrote a review on Jan 8, 2015. This is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. I took my car into the dealer to see about getting the paint touched up. The estimator noticed a section of the windshield cowling was missing. I had never noticed it was missing. I called my insurance and she called Integrity, the company that had replaced my windshield over a year ago. The man who telephoned me, identified as the owner, called me and was belligerent as soon as we spoke – saying it wasn’t his fault, etc. He begrudingly said he would come look at it and he did show up the following week as planned.
Meeting him yesterday was no pleasure! He told me the corner of the cowling probably was stolen at some time. That made me laugh but I laughed to myself so as not to upset him anymore then what he already was when he stepped from his truck.. I know about crime trends and a corner of cowling from an older Toyota is not a hot ‘steal’ item. I have not driven st night for many years and my car is kept in my garage. I do not drive often. Then he tried to insinuate it had come off at My car dealer. I assured him my car was never out of my site atbthe dealer. The WORST part is he became so angry he began pulling at the corner cowling on the drivers side. He said he wanted to show me how easily the cowling section can come off. He pulled and pulled and forced his fingers between the seal and the windshield. I asked him twice to please stop as that cowling was in there very good. He continued pulling and prying until he was successful in removing it. When he tried to put it back the seal was now not adherring like it was before he forced it off and a part of the cowling was under the hood rim and another part over the hood rim. I was furious he continued forcing it off after I asked him twice to please stop. I kept quiet so as not to make him any angrier. I planned on waiting until he put the new part in tomorrow and asked him to put the one he tore off in correctly. I figured no one could be as angry as he was two days in a row so tomorrow would be better. Boy. Was I wrong.
Today he came out again to replace the missing section, which took 5 seconds. I asked him to adjust the one he forced out when he was here yesterday. He was complaing and I told him the cowling he forced out wasn’t aligned like it was originally. He looked over at me and said «do you want to do this». I told him there had been no reason for him to have torn it off yesterday anyway except it seemed he was so angry. Now he threw his hands up in the air and said, ‘thats it. I’m finished” as he walked toward his truck. I told him he has a very bad attitude and its a wonder he has any business. He turned and was saying something but I had started closing the noisy garage door and did not hear him. I am a senior citizen and Do not like being treated thecway I was. No one of any age should have to deal with that from a professional (???) person.

I called Integrity Auto Glass right after my windshield got hit with a large rock leaving a very large chip right in the middle of the glass. The girl who took my phone call contacted my insurance company and made all the arrangements for me to get my windshield completely replaced. They came out 2 days later and did the work in my driveway. The installer was on time, very professional, and finished the job in less time than was quoted. We are very satisfied and will use them again when the need arises. Highly recommend!

I have only trusted Integrity with my windshield repairs and this latest has once again lived up to my expectations. From the first phone call to the repair it was quick and easy. I will continue to call when needed and refer all who ask.

The installer called me. He was prompt. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced the windshield in my wife’s Honda Civic Hybrid without any problems. I will contact Integrity again if I need new auto glass.

They seem to have a lot of positive ratings, but I didn’t have the same experience. I scheduled an appointment to have my Yukon Windshield replaced, which is a very common Windshield, and they didn’t show up. I had to call them. They claimed their stock had defects and they ordered a new one and apologized and asked to reschedule. When no one showed up the second time, I called and asked for an ETA and was told that they wouldn’t be by until the afternoon and argued that it may not be in the second estimated window for the appointment time they provided, but it was still on the same day, so they didn’t see why I shouldn’t still go ahead with it. I have a busy schedule and already moved meetings twice to accommodate their time,. I wasn’t about to do it a third time when my confidence was already low about their commitment to show up.

As much as I don’t want a broken windshield, at least I’m confident in Fred and integrity auto glass that it will be done right. I’ve had a few windshields replaced by Fred and each time he does a great job. Always on time and always done right. I recommend integrity and the technician Fred. You just can’t go wrong with these guys.

Awesome service! The installer was great. He knew I was working from home so he had me sign all the necessary paperwork up front and softly knocked on my door when he finished. I love my new windshield with the original style plus the added blue tint at the top. I even got the gift card quickly with a thank you card.

This is the most unprofessional windshield company I have ever dealt with! We own 4 vehicles currently and tons in the past and all while living in AZ! So we have had several windshields replaced just in the past couple of years. First they don’t even call until an hour AFTER their 3 hour window time was over! Then they don’t show up for another hour after that. This messed up my entire day and was already angry. They finally show up during my kids nap time and continued to ring the doorbell after I told them to just do a light knock if they needed anything!!! Then they realize they have the wrong windshield for one of the vehicles and it took us continuing to call them to get it scheduled and replaced!!! I guess we should have looked for another company then! They replace the windshield in our other vehicle which today we find out is scratched along the entire top of the truck where they use the tool to remove the black seal! So my husband calls the company and talks to the Manager/​Owner and he refuses to do anything about it! He was s complete jerk about it and hung up on my husband!!! What a wonderful professional company!!! You would think if the guys started to scratch the truck they would attempt to do it a little softer, but instead scratch it harder along the ENTIRE top of the truck! But I guess they didn’t care since the next time we would find out about it is when we get our windshield replaced again. So of course these guys are going to play dumb and deny deny deny. This is our brand new vehicle and now it will start to rust with every car wash and rain storm until fixed. I advise strongly against ever using this company since if they scratch your vehicle they won’t tell you and will refuse to fix it when you next get your windshield replaced, if those guys even bring it to your attention. This company should not be trusted to touch any vehicle even if they are giving out a $ 75 gift card. The damage they cost us is 5 times that! Plus the company we are working with now offered us $ 100 cash today! Not 2 weeks down the road whenever they feel like sending out the gift cards!
The Manager Doug would not stop yelling at my husband and called him a liar when he found out we were using a different company to replace another windshield in the same vehicle. Get defensive much? Then he calls my husbands employer and gets his AVP involved since we upset little ol Doug! He seriously has to go tattle to my husbands boss for a personal issue? You have got to be kidding me! Integrity should not be their company name!!!

Very, very, happy with Integrity Auto Glass. I called them and they got my insurance on the line and my windshield was replaced within 48 hours. Very professional service from the installer Steve. Highly recommend

I had a great experience with Integrity a few days ago. I called them monday set up an appointment for tuesday, Chris was early and done in a flash. He explained everything to me, now I am just waiting on my gift card to come in the mail.
GOT MY GIFT CARD AND SPENT IT ALREADY…
