If you are serious or even interested in being in new home sales, this training is a must. It is truly one of a kind and has been respected by builders since it began in the 90’s. After you complete your training by an industry expert/​veteran, you then have the opportunity to fill in and assist at various communities. This experience is something VERY valuable on our resume and also will validate your own choice to work in this fantastic and very high paying line of work. I went this route and was hired by a major builder. I cannot say enough good things about Bette (Owner) and Jennifer (Placement Services). Thank you Hyland Bay!
