First off, the person I dealt with on the phone was completely rude. He had poor attitude out of the gate. I took my car about a week ago to get an alignment done to be told I needed extra parts. I called to schedule another alignment and to let them know I got the parts, which in fact they said I can’t do because it’s lowered. Bottom line it was an $ 80 waste of alignment on a «toe» adjustment which the car doesn’t even go straight still and the steering wheel is crooked. I will never recommend this shop.

First time to this shop. Went in for brakes and was expecting the same old thing that every other mechanic tells you. Everything needs to be replaced and its going to cost a fortune. Kevin was great. They went above and beyond and didn’t try to make me fix anything that wasn’t necessary. He even stayed late so I could pick up my car after closing.

Let me just state that I trust Kevin with all of my car care needs. I live in Tucson, Arizona and have been to him on-​and-​off for the past couple years. Finally, I had a really bad experience with a corporate auto-​repair entity in Tucson (check my reviews if you are interested), and I returned to him and I never plan to go anywhere else again.
He diagnosed he problem correctly, promptly, and suggested multiple courses of action. He fixed my car at half the rate of other auto-​repair places, and in half the time. The courtesy of this organization and respect for the customer goes unmatched.
If you question the diagnoses of Hatch Auto, they will not hesitate to take you back to your vehicle and show you the problem you are having. I have never been oversold by Kevin, and the reasoning for their diagnoses always have visible proof unlike other corporate identities.
I would highly recommend you give this location a shot. It really does feel as if they care about customer, which is something I have had yet to experience at an auto-​repair location.

Hatch tire is very close to my house. I needed front brakes (I had waited too long) and Kevin got me in immediately, same day! Their service was friendly, professional, fast, and reasonably priced. So, when I had mystery truck issues, I took the truck back to Kevin. They diagnosed it (it was a tranny issue) and gave me a great price to fix it. They do so much more than just tires! Again, they were fast, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. These guys are my new automobile service and repair shop!
And Kevin is awesome!!!

It is great to finally find an honest customer service oriented business. Kevin who runs the store is great remembers my name, is transparent in his dealings with me. They do quality work on my european car and im happy with service. They have never sold me anything i dont need. Willing to show me whats wrong with car before fixing. They have saved me $ when other shops have provided quotes i am surprised they do more than a regular tire store. I am customer for life!

This place is Awesome. We just started coming here, but these guys is So Cool, we just gonna come here from now on. Our car is, man, IT feels good to have a car that runs great. Our car was in bad shape, we got lots of things to take care of, but just from the first visit, the car ran Great. They work with you and not pushy at all. Real down to earth folks. The work they do is Fantastic and it is affordable. Can’t say enough about them. Kevin is excellent. He takes care.

I have been using these guys for years because they have guaranteed my loyalty with their complete honesty, excellent customer service, quality work and efficient turnaround. Kevin is one of the nicest people you could hope to meet but more importantly he always looks out for ways to save me money and unnecessary repairs. There have been many times I thought I needed work done where they could have just taken my money and I would have never been the wiser. But not only will they always give me good advice, Kevin actually goes out of his way to research vehicle recalls, TSB alerts and warranty info for me to take advantage of so I can spend less. As I am a single woman, maintaining safe and reliable transportation is absolutely vital to me and you can well imagine I have had plenty of experiences with unscrupulous repair shops trying to pull the wool over my eyes or sell me unnecessary services (are you listening, Sun Devil Auto?) What a relief to have Hatch Tires watching my back. I am fortunate to have this place just a couple of miles from my house, but it would be worth your while to go out of your way to use them.

I called them on phone and asked if I could get my brakes done. I explained that the lugs were too tight and the key seemed partially stripped, perhaps because the Big O had rotated my tires last week and must have overtightened the lugs. I also asked if they could replace the entire set of lug nuts too so that I would not have a problem going forward. «not a problem, bring it down» was the response.
1.5 hours later I get a call explaining that I need to pick up the vehicle because the lugs are too tight and they are worried about sheering a stud.
Could have saved me quite a bit of time and hassle by explaining that it may be a problem they can’t handle.
Kevin was polite enough, just not able to properly evaluate my job upfront.

Excellent customer service!!! The wait was long for an oil change (one hour) but the customer service made it acceptable. My purge line always gets knocked loose with an oil change (at Jiffy Lube anyway). We’ll see if Hatch’s was able to avoid that! They’re running a good price for 5W30 oil change ($ 16.95). Place was clean (important to women) and comfortable seating for waiting. I will definitely use them again.

My step dad takes all of our families cars here, and now that I’m responsible for my own car I take mine here too. They are always straightforward and honest. Kevin is the guy upfront and always remembers me and makes conversation.
Whenever I have to get something expensive done he always explains things to me in a way that even I can understand! And will even get out tools or actually show me the problem. I don’t know much about cars so I always call my step dad to ask him what I should do. Kevin always ends up on the phone with him, discussing what would be best for me or making small talk.
I feel comfortable and when talking to other realize how inexpensive they are. The services always seem pretty fast too. If you have any other questions or need a service done they don’t offer like body work, Kevin can refer you to someone he trusts and knows would do a great job.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an auto shop.

I stopped by this tire store to check out having some other service items done, they had a sign out front offering some specials. Guess it is now under new ownership, and the new owner, Kevin Hansen was really helpful and informative. Sometimes being a woman and asking service questions gets some interesting responses. I was very pleased with the way he answered and treated me. I got a written estimate of the cost and will go back in a couple of weeks when I have the day off.
