History
Established in 2006.
Graceful Cake Creations opened in 2006 and we have become one of the top wedding cake bakeries in Phoenix.
We are the preferred cake vendor for such venues as 12 West Main Event Center, The Antique Wedding House, Inside the Bungalow, Shenandoah Mills, The Views at Superstition, Arizona Golf Resort, Firerock Country Club, Val Vista Lakes and Vallé de Fleur Event Garden.

Business Owner
My passion has always been baking. My love of baking and cooking led me to attend culinary school at Western Washington University in 1980. After attending school I moved to Long Island, New York where I became the pastry chef at The Normandy Inn in Ronkonkoma, New York. From there I became the Wedding and Event coordinator at Tam O’Shanter Country Club in Glen Head, New York.
I moved to Mesa Arizona in 1997. I decided to pursue my love of baking and took a position with Exclusive Cakes. While at Exclusive Cakes I developed my passion for wedding cake design. This led to my dream of owning my own business and in 2006 I opened Graceful Cake Creations.
As owner and cake designer of Graceful Cake Creations I personally create all my own recipes and custom designed cakes. I continually strive to provide personalized service and work with my clients to create a custom cake that reflects their tastes, personality, style and theme.
