Gottumblr was started in 2011 as an off-​shoot of another start-​up business that provided small business web hosting and other services. At the time we used a tumblr blog to promote our small business services that led to tumblr users inquiring about using a custom domain name with their tumblr blog. After receiving 40 to 50 request a month from tumblr users for this service we started Got​tum​blr​.com. Today we happily service over 5000 tumbl users.
