Established in 1979.

Golden West & Associates has rich tradition in servicing the real estate needs of individuals and corporations throughout Arizona. Founded in 1979 by the late Francis X. Passerella, GWA was formed to market and sell a new home community in Mesa, AZ named Golden West. After successfully marketing and selling out the community, GWA continued to represent developer and builder projects throughout Arizona while building long lasting relationships with individuals and satisfying their personal real estate needs. Today, GWA offers commercial and residential expertise and collaborative services to large institutional clients and individual property owners.
