Golden Rule Salon

Had Lindsey Pruitt do mine and my three bridesmaids hair this last Friday for my wedding. She did an amazing job! I always hate the genetic wedding hair dos; she’s got some amazing hair styles up her sleeve. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better; super sweet, talented, affordable, and punctual. I highly recommend using her!

I have been going to Lindsey since about a month after I moved to AZ from out of state (about three years). She is phenomenal. She does exactly what I ask, and it looks better than what I pictured! She is tough to get in to, so be sure to book ahead, but she’s worth the wait. I am a blonde, and I’m very very picky about who touches my hair. Her prices are also reasonable. I can’t say enough good things!

I’ve been going to Lindsay for over 3 years! She is amazing. She is especially helpful with my thin hair. The salon is adorable with cute décor!

I just loved this salon! My mother, my daughter and I have been going y to the Golden Rule Salon for a little over a year now and we love it. We have Brianne do our hair just about every 6 weeks or so. Brianne never let’s us down, we always love our results.

I called — TWICE– and left a message with my phone number. Guess they didn’t want my business because I never got a return call. Not a good way to run a business. I called Salon Amarian and am so glad I didn’t get a call back from Golden Rule because not only did I actually talk to a person, but I got in when I requested and have to say that Dorian gave me the best haircut and color with teal highlights. She really knows how to cut naturally curly hair and the teal highlights were done to perfection. Thank you Golden Rule for not returning my calls!!!

I visited the Golden Rule Salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago to visit my regular stylist Jennifer Duarte. She did an AMAZING job per usual and I will never visit anyone else — she’s been cutting my hair for almost 10 years now and I have never been disappointed. True talent, I strongly recommend her. Everyone i’ve referred her to is also always satisfied. She often gives me suggestions and they always go over really well. The salon is probably the cutest one i’ve ever seen! Very modern, stylish, quirky and unique. I loved the atmosphere and all the décor, too cute.

I came in to see Lindsey for a hair trial for my wedding. She did such a fabulous job I booked her on the spot.
When the big day came she arrived at my venue and styled my hair exactly like my trial. I didn’t even have to show her a picture as she remembered. She did an amazing job. I have very long (nearly waist length) hair that from the sheer weight tends to not hold a curl long. Lindsey did a great job and my hair style lasted all day and night! Our wedding was in October so it was still a little warm during the day and the style held up.
I also used Kay for my makeup and she did a fantastic job. My makeup did not feel heavy on my face and did not «melt» off. I have never looked more beautiful! My makeup and even my false lashes held up through the night of dancing, pictures and crying.
The salon itself has an adorable shabby chic theme that I love! The décor is adorable without looking kitschy. There were lots of stations with plenty of stylists. The prices were not outrageous. They use Bumble and Bumble products exclusively as well.
I have found my one and only salon.

I love love love The Golden Rule Salon! I tried it out one time hoping this might be my regular hair salon and oh my gosh was it the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve been looking for years for the perfect person to deal with the beast (my hair) and Sharisa did an amazing job! The environment is super cute and we’ll organzied. Not to mention the easy payment process. I have never left unhappy.

This salon is amazing! So beautiful, welcoming, and clean. Sharisa is extremely talented and I could not have been happier with my ombré hair that she did. I would definitely recommend this place no matter how far the drive may be! I promise it will be worth it!

Amanda does a great job with my color and trims! She’s always up for something new and fun and always does great!

If Anthropologie opened a salon, it would look like Golden Rule! Adorable doesn’t even cover it.
I see Sharisa once a month or so to tame my gray roots and trim my long hair. I always leave feeling gorgeous and she knows just how to cut it to make sure it grows out with minimal damage. Once in awhile we throw some ombré highlights in the ends, and they always turn out great.
They are an exclusive Bumble & Bumble salon, which is nice that they use such a high end product– only the best for my hairs :)
Don’t miss this hidden gem in Mesa! I love it.
