History

Established in 1994.

I started at the age of 10… really. At 10 years old I was «working» with my father at his small flight school in Pineville, LA. I watched him struggle as a small business owner who was an amazing flight instructor and his students loved him — less than amazing business owner and the stress was getting to him. From that moment on, I have been working with business-​owners, just like my dad, who LOVE what they do but not really sure how to make it a successful business.

In college I studied criminal justice (I am a rule follower and want to help my clients understand and follow the rules), psychology (helps to understand what motivates and distracts owners from their goals), accounting (understanding the money flow is imperative) and of course business management. While finishing my last 3 courses I started my business, helping small businesses grow!
