Gary and Michelle have been working in the real estate industry for over 10 years and are highly trained and experienced in all facets of the industry. They are members of The National Association of Realtors, The Arizona Association of Realtors and The Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors.

Gary has been a licensed appraiser as well as a licensed real estate agent. That knowledge is extremely valuable when helping sellers price their homes for the best market exposure to obtain top dollar or when guiding buyers in negotiating the best price for a home.

Gary and Michelle personally invest in real estate and love to take that «ugly» property and make it beautiful again. They also enjoy helping friends and clients renovate and decorate their homes and are lovingly known as «The Property Couple» a reference from The Property Brothers on HGTV. They use their vast renovation experience to consult their clients on everything from staging a home to major home improvements.
