Gabriel Gonzales, Hair stylist-​owner, is located in Mesa AZ. I have an intense passion for Hair! My passion has given me the opportunity to flourish as an artist in the hair industry.

I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 20 years. As owner of Gabriel’s Hair & Color Spa and as a Networker/​Educator for Brocato, I am highly skilled in many aspects of the beauty industry. My passion for hair, creative expression, and communication skills provide for an exceptional client/​stylist relationship. I only gave a star because after much thought I couldn’t in good conscience give anymore. I went in for hair color and highlights. On sale, I still paid almost $ 100! When I got home and was able to really see the work I was so disappointed. I had asymmetric highlights. Huge chunks of hair were blonde, after I asked for natural ones due to the fact I use a flat iron everyday. We went through everything and I thought he understood. Needless to say I called him back and we were dealing with slipped foils, blonde patches in back. Cheetah spots on the crown. I did go back and just had him dye all one color, but he never offered a partial refund. I was there a total of about 4 hours. I went because of a review. Maybe it was by a friend. Don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. I guess that’s why he works out of his home. :/

This is a wonderful salon! Gabriel is very talented and really listens to what the client wants. He also makes great suggestions. The salon itself is very stylish and modern while still being welcoming! Prices are very competitive with this type of expertise!

I love this place! Gabe is professional, meticulous, patient (as we can be demanding when it comes to our hair), and affordable. His salon is super cute and comfortable and very clean. I will continue to go back and refer him to others.
