Not a big fan of Fletcher’s but Jason is the greatest. Very personable. And excellent customer service. When other Fletcher’s said they could not help me out, he went above and beyond to make sure i got top service. Will recommend them hands down #1 tire shop. And will be returning for their great service. Thanks Jason… You rock!

Awesome service! Whether busy or not. They are straight forward– no lies! Robert has taken care of me for about a year now. And just today, came in with a flat. In and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend them!

Another excellent experience with Robert, Jason and the hard working staff at Fletchers on crismon! These guys over deliver every time. Today I even got $ 25.00 toward future services as a patron gift. I trust them and they are the only honest automotive business I have come across. I’m really surprised to see some of these bad reviews, I always have such a wonderful experience here! And Robert gives me nothing but the best customer service well all the employees every time I come in, also I never have issues booking an Appt. But after reading some of these bad reviews I can definitely see that the problem was not Fletcher’s or Robert… These bad reviews are coming from some angry bitter people! Next time try being a pleasant human being when you go places! :)

I’ve replaced tires on four cars and have had simalar experiences with their sales tactic that the size needed isn’t included in the current «sale.» The guys at the desk are always very helpful, knowledable, and friendly. The girl not so much. Overall I’ve been very happy and will go back when needed, for an automotive establishment I rate them legit.

I have a amazing service every time I go to Fletcher’s. Usually it’s a bad day when a person needs immediate service such as a whole or nail in your tire. I have repeatedly been greeted with a smile and Prompt attention to get me back on the road which is extremely important in my line of work. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of me over and over again throughout this year.

Amazing customer service and auto machanics. Robert is awesome! I trust him with my cars and that takes a lot. He always takes care of my family and friends also. These guys are amazing. I got stranded in east mesa and with only 30 mins till they closed, they ordered my part and had someone stay after close to fix my car to make sure I could get home safe. On top of that great act of kindness they also gave me a great price knowing I was hard on cash. Great service and even better people. The world needs more people like them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Manager was Robert. I use this location for tires and oil changes. I always place a mark on the tire to make sure the tires were rotated, and they have always been. I never leave the shop without checking the oil cap and plug. I do take some responsibility for my own safety. So about the service, appointment at 3:00, car in at 3:10, out at 4:10. Had a bad tire and Robert recognized this as road hazard damage and replaced it on the spot. Buyer advice, «inspect what you expect». So not all employees may be operating with a full six pack, but this is a laborious job, not one I would like to do. Again inspect what you expect.

Wish I could give these guys more stars but Unilocal won’t let me. I love my cars and they know that and won’t trust just anyone with my cars. There is no job too big or small with them they have been able to fix anything I have thrown at them real fast and the best price I have found. Even more important than the work they do I always return because of there knowledge and outstanding customer service. Robert who is the manager at this location is extremely knowledgeable and is extremely friendly. Robert isn’t just my go to guy when I need my car fixed but I also consider him a freind.

I have takin all my cars for here over 10 years. I have had great service most of the time with a few hiccups over price. We have a friend who is a mechanic (no longer in the field) who helps us trouble shoot and then we take the cars here for repairs.
I fortunately had a father who made me make small repairs on our cars when I was growing up, so tools and parts don’t scare me. My car check engine light came on the code read 02 bank 1 sensor. I’ve replaced other sensors in my car. Super easy. I replaced the part which is just a screw in and snap into place part. Took no time at all. However my engine light did not reset. I took the part back and replaced it with another heat sensor. No luck after driving a good 100 miles no reset.
So we take it to Fletcher’s. They said they couldn’t figure it out but they would call us. After a few more hours I get a call that they think we should replace the computer board for $ 1000. The car shows it running fine so that must be it. Something did not sit right with me. I told my husband that we should pick it up and take it to an emissions expert. We got the keys from the front desk paid $ 90 for the test. Low and behold the engine light is off. We took it for our emissions test and it passes. Later I looked up how to clear codes on your cars computer. Auto zone and repair shops have the ability to clear codes when testing to get an accurate read. Had I known that I would have figured that out myself. This almost cost me $ 1000 heck I’m mad I paid $ 90. Shady bananas.

Hands down, the worst automotive service I’ve ever had. I typically do oil changes changes at home in the family vehicles, but have recently suffered a major back injury. I was forced to find somewhere to take both my wife’s sedan and my truck. We found a Groupon coupon online and my wife jumped on the savings. Well, the Groupon was for a $ 20 oil change + free tire rotation. After waiting two hours, my truck was done, only they didn’t rotate my tires and when I brought it to their attention, the manager told me that I’d have to bring my truck back in at another time to have the tires rotated. I wish this were only a joke. Had my wife’s car not already been in the stall, we’d have left then and there. Secondly, guess who forgot to put the oil cap back on after finishing the change? Yes! The Fletcher’s certified technician. I suppose on a lighter note, they did rotate her tires. Do yourself a favor and check out other local shops. The big box shops are going downhill faster than a shoved Rosie O’Donnell. (Please excuse any typos. This was typed on a phone.)

We set an appointment a week in advance with Joe or Joey the manager. He was very aggravated we arrived ½ hour early even though there was only one car in the bay. He was rude and combative. I asked him for prices for other services to my truck and he quoted me twice what other companies charge. I never did have him provide any services, just asked to get the truck out of the bay and will patronize another tire store. Take your chances with Joe if you want, maybe he will be in a good mood when you arrive. We had a Friday afternoon appt., perhaps he just wanted to shoo us away and hit the beers early.

We had an excellent experience at this location. Manager was friendly and stood behind the quote we received over the phone. Didn’t try to up sale us on tires just did the work we asked for. Would definitely recommend this location for new tires and service.

I’ve had good experiences at this Fletchers in the past, but the last few times I’ve been there have been frustrating.
They do not have a good system for oil changes — I have waited all day for an oil change more than once. I have had conflicting information from different employees on scheduling appointments, and when I politely informed one of them, they acted like I was lying. I agree with another post that sometimes it feels like they are working against you. As a person myself employed in customer service I have to wonder how being against your customer can ever work for you.
On a positive note, they had the cheapest battery in the area (after checking several other stores, we ended up coming back there). But my past few negative experiences there have overshadowed the positive ones.
All in all, after they were frustrating on the phone this morning (the oil change run around), I decided to pay a little extra and try Big O’ Tires on Crimson. Customer service was great and it was done over lunch. I even used a coupon from their website.

My husband had our Kia Rio brought to this horrible place to find out what was wrong with it. We were given a ridiculous price of over 1,200.00 to do minor work that took my husband 100 dollars and an hr of his own time knowing little to nothing about cars. That should be enough to say this place is a scam, but to make it worse they charged us 100 dollars to plug in their machine to run diagnostics. My husband questioned them and they were very rude about the charge. We paid it and needless to say will never be returning. I urge anyone to think twice before going to this place and trusting them with your cars… rather your wallets!
