Fiesta Lincoln Mercury

My experience here has continually been subpar. I purchased my 2003 Lincoln Aviator used from a private party.
I called multiple times into their service department, the first time i asked about a servicing, and was told it was probably a waste of time to deal with it. The second time i left a voicemail with a service person and never heard from them again. I was considering buying a lincoln MKC i really liked them, but not being able to have a reliable place to take it to i didnt end up making it my purchase. Instead i bought a Cadillac SRX from Earnhardt Cadillac, (they are absolutely amazing in both service, sales, and financing, check them out) i have always been a Ford guy, but not having access to a reliable company forced me to Cadillac (surprising an amazing experience that i wont soon forget!)

A few years ago, I left a review for Fiesta Lincoln, Lincoln actually stepped up and corrected the problem then, not this time. I went to get parts for my 03 Aviator and was told the parts were obsolete. Excuse me? A little history behind this, 3 years ago, I had some major service on the truck, now, I can’t even get a lower control arm, from anywhere! I have contacted Lincoln and Ford expressing my concerns, all I am told is Sorry… Sorry? Ok, Lincoln and Ford! You sure are sorry! The manager just calls me and asks «What is wrong?» You don’t make parts for my truck anymore! Be happy to sell you a new one! What? Are you kidding? Really? Ford, Lincoln, I was a life long Ford person, until now, never again! If Ford and Lincoln will not support the vehicles on the road, then they will not get my service, ever again! My advice, even you get a new Ford, product, how do you know in a few years if the parts will be available? You don’t! I am very angry, I have a real nice truck, I have worked for, the manager at Lincoln even wanted it! Now, I want nothing ever to do with Ford or Lincoln! Former owner of a Bronco, Ford Explorer and a Lincoln Aviator! Never ever again! I am done with FORD!!!

Rip off! Their service department is a joke. They inspect a vehicle before I bought it, then after I buy it I find out it needs ax work, new suspension, and new engine… Really guys!

I went to this dealership based on decent reviews as far as dealerships go. Unfortunately, I have not received a very high level of customer service. Definitely not what one would expect when purchasing a «certified» pre-​owned luxury vehicle. When I got the vehicle I was promised it would be re-​detailed because it was very poorly done the first time… Dried food on console, some greasy smudges all over the panoramic moon roof, etc.
Within 6 days of purchasing my MKX I nearly rear-​ended another vehicle on my way to the dealership because my brakes didn’t feel right. The car in front of me slammed on their brakes, I normally would’ve had plenty of room to brake, but my brakes were not working. I was standing up on them trying to get it to stop. The service advisor was shocked at how bad they were. I was given a loaner and told they would detail it again before I picked it up. Well, I went back and the only thing they did cosmetically was take the sales sticker off of the windshield. Even the food was still there.
One week later, I was sitting in the passenger seat and realized the heater was blowing cold air on that side. I also noticed the steering column started making a grinding noise. The reverse camera and warning system started to malfunction as well and it didn’t beep at me at all when I tested it by reversing it toward my husband. It only beeped once when it was mere inches from him. I was already very nervous driving the suv after my near accident.
All these new issues have really made me question the certification process as well as the quality of the car I bought. I was called by both the saleperson and the GM and told they just want to make sure I’m happy with my purchase and rectify the situation. They told me I could trade this vehicle that has spent more time in the shop than w me. Well, they are singing a completely different tune now. They are only willing to give me a partial trade in value. They are trying to take 5.5k off the sticker price. Keep in mind this vehicle was purchased about 2 weeks ago and I’ve had a loaner 6 days this time. It’s clearly a faulty car and they clearly know it. They are saying that things start breaking down after 24k miles. Great! That speaks volumes for your car quality! I can’t wait to see what other fun I get to endure w this lemon and this shady dealership.

I took my car here to get service and was told I needed about three grand in service done. My mistake was trusting that this company was giving me a fair deal. After leaving my brain turned on and I called another shop and learned they would be able to complete all the same work for less than a thousand. Luckily, I only got one thing fixed but I will not be back.

Always provided good service and the prices are reasonable. Not cheap, but quality work at a reasonable dealer price. Just avoid silly things like wiper blade changes which are a little pricey and you can do yourself.

I had the recent pleasure of purchasing a part there a couple weeks ago. Their manager Joe was very heplful in finding what I needed (for a 79 mind you.) Very to the point but very friendly also.
