This three story facility was opened in 1998, and includes a state-​of-​the-​art emergency call system, ²⁴⁄₇ on site security, individual temperature controls, full-​size washer and dryer, a dining room, activity center, gift shop, library, exercise and fitness center, private dining room, billiards room, game rooms, large courtyards, elevators, heated pool and spa, putting green, beauty/​barber salon, and computer rooms. Apartments include patio/​balcony, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, satellite TV, Broadband access, and smoke detectors.
