Dr. Edward H. Christensen, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Attended the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and graduated in May 2006. He was then accepted into the University of Oklahoma Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery 4 year Residency program and he graduated in June 2010.
In 2012, Dr. Christensen became board certified and recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
